Check your mobile phone's network bar. If there are no bars or minimum number of bars, the network coverage of the area you are at is weak. You need to move to an area where the coverage is stronger.
Check whether Line 1 or Line 2 is selected in your mobile phone. Your default line must be Line 1. If it is Line 2, please switch to Line 1.
