|What are the Data…tatata Plans?|
The Data…tatata Plans are mobile internet data plans that caters to both light and heavy data users.
|How do I subscribe to Data…tatata Plan?|
To subscribe to the Plan, you must type the desired keyword and send it to 2222.
|I’m using Tone Excel/ Tone Plus SIM, can I subscribe?|
Tone Excel and Tone Plus subscribers can only subscribe to the 50MB Daily Plan or the 3GB Monthly Plan.
|What is the minimum balance that I must have in order to subscribe to a Data…tatata Plan?|
You must have a minimum of RM1.00 (or RM0.12 for 50MB Daily Plan) remaining in your credit balance after subscribing and deducting the cost of the data plan. If your remaining credit after subscribing for the plan would be less than RM1.00 (or RM0.12 for 50MB Daily Plan), the subscription will fail.
|What happens if I have insufficient credit for the renewal of the plan I have subscribed to?|
If you have insufficient balance, the renewal will not take place but you will be charged at pay-as-you-use rate. Renewal will take place within 2 hours’ time after you have topped up and have sufficient credit for the renewal.
|After I subscribe, how long it will it take to be activated?|
The Data Plans will be available to the subscriber within 15 minutes of successful subscription.
|When does the Data Plan expire once I have subscribed for the day?|
Data Plans are valid from the time of subscription until 11:59 pm on the day before renewal.
Therefore it is advised to subscribe for our Data Plans earlier in the day.
|Do I need to renew the Data Plans and can I discontinue the Data Plan?|
The Data Plans are auto renewed. To discontinue, type the relevant keyword and send to 2222:
|When will the renewal of the Data Plans take place?|
Data Plans renewal will take place within 12am to 1am. The Data Plan will stop at 11.59pm on the day before renewal.
|I’m currently under a different Data Plan. Can I subscribe to a different Data Plan?|
Subscribers can only subscribe to 1(one) Plan at any one time. For subscribers that are already subscribed to an existing data plan, subscribing to a new plan will supersede/replace their current plan.
|Will I be able to use the internet if the Tune Talk number is in Grace Period / Inactive status?|
No, you would need to keep your account in Active status to enjoy your internet plan.
|How do I configure my phone so that I can use Data/Internet?|
First, make sure that your mobile phone is Data/Internet compliant, and then follow the internet setting configuration below:

Username : (leave blank)
Password: (leave blank)
