You may use the Traveller SIM if the country you are visiting is listed on the Traveller SIM pack and is still within the validity period.

*Note: If you travel to another country which is excluded from the countries listed on the Traveller SIM pack, you would need to purchase a different pack of Traveller SIM.

Once the validity period ends, the Traveller SIM will no longer work. However, you are welcomed to purchase an additional SIM in advance to stay connected without interruption.

• Insert the SIM into the device
• Turn ON “Data Roaming”
• Restart your device and allow 2-5 minutesfor the SIM to be activated
• Your device will be automatically connectedto the supported roaming network partner
