VAS Voucher (International) lets you purchase digital vouchers, gift cards, or e-codes for selected international merchants and service providers directly from your Tune Talk App.
All purchased vouchers will appear in the My Vouchers section in the Tune Talk App.
The list of available merchants, voucher types, and values will be shown in the Tune Talk App under VAS Voucher (International). Tune Talk may change this list at any time without prior notice.
- Open the Tune Talk App.
- Go to Value Added Services > Vouchers (International).
- Select a merchant and voucher value.
- Confirm your payment method and complete the purchase.
You can pay using:
- TTNow+ credit balance
- Online banking (FPX)
- Credit/Debit Card (with saved card option available)
- Selected e-wallets
π‘ Note: An 8% service tax will be applied for payments made via online banking, credit/debit cards, or e-wallets. Payments made using TTNow+ are not subjected to this tax.
Once your purchase is successful, your voucher code will be instantly displayed in the My Vouchers section of the Tune Talk AppΒ . You may also receive an in-app notification.
- All successful voucher purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued if the voucher is not delivered or is invalid, subject to verification.
Contact Tune Talk Customer Care with your transaction details. We will investigate with the merchant or provider and update you accordingly.
Yes, voucher validity depends on the merchantβs terms. The expiry date will be displayed in your My Vouchers section in the app.
Yes. You may share the voucher code with anyone, but you are responsible for keeping it secure.
You can retrieve it anytime from the My Vouchers section in your Tune Talk App.
