#JomEnjoy is a Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Tune Talk Sdn Bhd (“Tune Talk”) to eligible users, enabling the redemption of exclusive lifestyle deals using Tune Talk Points (“Points”) via the Tune Talk App.

By redeeming, using or attempting to redeem or use any Points under the Program, you (“subscriber” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tune Talk. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are advised not to participate in the Program. Your continued participation in the Program shall be deemed to constitute your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility

1. The #JomEnjoy Loyalty Program is open to all active Tune Talk subscribers who maintain their account in good standing.
2. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the list of available deals or the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion without prior notice.

#JomEnjoy Categories

1. #JomEnjoy Program offers deals under the following five (5) categories:
   
   1. Food and Beverages.
   2. Travel.
   3. Leisure and Games.
   4. Lifestyle.
   5. Tech and Electronics.
2. Each category may feature voucher-based deals, fixed amount discounts, or percentage-based discounts, subject to the individual terms and conditions stated for each deal within Tune Talk App.

Redemption #JomEnjoy Deals

1. Eligible subscribers may redeem available lifestyle deals using Points via the Tune Talk App.
2. The number of Points required for each deal will be displayed within the Tune Talk App.
3. Upon successful redemption, the specified number of Points will be deducted from the subscriber’s account.
4. All redemptions are subject to availability. Tune Talk does not guarantee the availability of any specific deal at any given time.
5. Voucher codes are not issued immediately upon redemption. Subscribers must complete the full redemption journey within the App to receive the voucher code.
6. Once redeemed, the voucher may be used immediately or later, provided it is within the stated validity period.
7. Tune Talk reserves the right to withdraw or replace any deal without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Voucher Status

1. The status of redeemed vouchers can be tracked under the “Available Rewards” section in the Tune Talk App and is categorized as follows:
   
   1. Use Now – The deal has been redeemed, but the Subscriber has not completed the redemption journey to obtain the voucher code.
   2. In Use – The deal has been redeemed, and the Subscriber is in the process of obtaining the voucher code. Once the subscriber “Swipe right to use now” for the voucher code, it will remain accessible for a duration of 10 minutes. After this period, the status will automatically change to “Used”.
   3. Used – The deal has been redeemed, and the voucher code has been successfully obtained by the Subscriber.
   4. Expired – The deal was redeemed, but the Subscriber do not complete the redemption journey before the expiry date. The voucher is no longer valid.

Refund and Reissuance of Voucher Codes

1. If a voucher status is labeled as “Used”, and the Subscriber requests the voucher code, Tune Talk may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, reissue the code.
2. If a voucher status is labeled as “Expired”, the voucher is no longer valid and shall not be reissued or replaced under any circumstances.

Voucher Validity

1. Each deal shall have its own specific validity period as stated in the individual deal terms within the Tune Talk App.
2. Subscribers are advised to refer to the respective deal terms and conditions for the applicable validity period.

Promotion Period

1. The promotion and/or availability period of each voucher deal may vary.
2. Subscribers are responsible for checking the Tune Talk App for the applicable promotion period and validity of each individual deal.

Amendments

1. Tune Talk reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in #JomEnjoy following any such changes shall constitute of the revised Terms.
