Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) T&Cs
These Terms and Conditions (βTermsβ) govern your use of Value Added Services (βVASβ) offered by Tune Talk Sdn Bhd (βTune Talkβ, βweβ, βusβ, or βourβ). By accessing or using VAS, you agree to comply with these Terms and any service-specific terms that may apply. Please read them carefully.
- Definitions
- βVASβ means the Tune Talk platform offering Value Added Services, which include International Airtime, International Utilities, International Vouchers, and Google Direct Carrier Billing (Google DCB).
- βTTNow+β refers to the Tune Talk credit balance, which may be used as a payment method for VAS transactions.
- βServicesβ refers to International Airtime, International Utilities, International Vouchers, and Google DCB provided via VAS.
- βUserβ or βyouβ means any person who accesses or uses VAS and its Services.
- Scope of VAS Services
- VAS currently includes the following services:
- VAS Airtime (International) β Enables you to purchase prepaid airtime top-ups for selected international mobile numbers.
- VAS Utilities (International) β Enables you to pay selected international utility bills for eligible service providers.
- VAS Vouchers (International) β Enables you to purchase digital vouchers, gift cards, or e-codes for selected international merchants.
- Google Direct Carrier Billing (Google DCB) β Enables you to make purchases on Google Play and charge them directly to your Tune Talk account.
- Tune Talk may introduce, modify, or remove any VAS service at its discretion.
- Each service is subject to these main Terms as well as its own Service-Specific Terms & Conditions, available on the Tune Talk website and/or app
- VAS currently includes the following services:
- Payment Methods and Charges
- Payment for VAS Services may be made using:
- TTNow+ credit balance;
- Online banking;
- Credit or debit card;
- Third Partyβs E-wallet.
- For all payments other than TTNow+, an 8% service tax will apply to the transaction amount. The applicable service tax will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient balance, funds, or credit in your chosen payment method before making a purchase.
- Payment for VAS Services may be made using:
- Eligibility
- VAS is available to all active Tune Talk subscribers.
- You must provide accurate and complete details for all transactions.
- Some services may have additional eligibility requirements as stated in their specific Terms & Conditions.
- Delivery of Services
- Delivery timelines for VAS products (e.g., airtime, vouchers, utility payments) will vary depending on the service and may be subject to third-party processing times.
- For vouchers, the purchased item will be stored in the “My Vouchers” section of the Tune Talk app under VAS.
- For utility payments, delivery confirmation will be based on the respective service providerβs acknowledgment.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- All successful VAS transactions are final and non-refundable unless the transaction fails and the service is not delivered.
- Any failed transactions will be refunded to your original payment method after verification.
- If payment was made using a method other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Careline for assistance as stated in Clause 13. All such requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with Tune Talkβs refund policies.
- User Obligations
- You must use VAS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all details provided in any VAS transaction.
- You must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity through VAS.
- Limitations
- All VAS services are offered on an βas isβ and βas availableβ basis.
- Availability of countries, merchants, operators, denominations, and payment methods is subject to change without notice.
- Tune Talk is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and Tune Talkβs Privacy Policy.
- Suspension or Termination
- Tune Talk may suspend or terminate your access to VAS at any time for breach of these Terms, regulatory reasons, or operational requirements.
- Liability and Indemnity
- Tune Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of VAS.
- You agree to indemnify Tune Talk against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
- Amendments
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of VAS after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the changes.
