Tune Talk VAS Voucher (International) T&Cs
These Terms and Conditions (βTermsβ) apply to your use of the [VAS Airtime / VAS Utilities / VAS Vouchers] service offered under Tune Talkβs Value Added Services (βVASβ). These Terms are to be read together with the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions, which apply to all VAS services. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail for this specific service.
- Definitions
- βVASβ means the Tune Talk platform offering Value Added Services, including International Airtime, International Utilities, International Vouchers, and Google Direct Carrier Billing (Google DCB).
- βVAS Voucher (International)β means the Service that allows you to purchase digital vouchers, gift cards, or e-codes from participating international merchants and service providers.
- βTTNow+β refers to the Tune Talk airtime balance, which may be used as a payment method for VAS transactions.
- βUserβ or βyouβ means any person who accesses or uses VAS and its Services.
- Service Description
- VAS Voucher (International) enables you to purchase digital vouchers, gift cards, or e-codes for participating international merchants.
- The availability of merchants, voucher types, denominations, and payment methods may be updated from time to time at Tune Talkβs discretion.
- All purchased vouchers will be delivered digitally and stored in the “My Vouchers” section within the Tune Talk app under the VAS homepage.
- Payment Methods and Charges
- All payments for this service are subject to the payment methods, charges, and service tax provisions stated in the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds and cancellations for this service are subject to Clause 6 of the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions. If payment was made using a method other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Careline for assistance as stated in Clause 13 of the Tune Talk VAS Terms & Conditions.
- Tune Talkβs liability for this service is as stated in Clause 11 of the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility
- The Service is available to all active Tune Talk subscribers.
- You must provide accurate and complete details for the transaction.
- Delivery and Redemption
- All purchased vouchers will be delivered digitally to your Tune Talk app and stored in the “My Vouchers” section under VAS.
- It is your responsibility to redeem the voucher before its expiry date (if applicable).
- Voucher usage is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchants or service providers.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- All successful voucher purchases are final and non-refundable.
- If payment via TTNow+ fails and the amount is not delivered to the voucher provider, any deducted funds will be refunded to your original payment method after verification by Tune Talk.Β
- If payment was made using a method other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Careline for assistance as stated in Clause 13 of the Tune Talk VAS Terms & Conditions. All such requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with Tune Talkβs refund policies.
- Limitations
- Service availability, supported merchants, voucher types, denominations, and payment methods are subject to change without notice.
- Tune Talk is not responsible for:
- Expired vouchers not redeemed within the validity period;
- Refusal by the merchant to honour the voucher;
- Any disputes between you and the merchant regarding redemption or usage.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and Tune Talkβs Privacy Policy.
- Suspension of Termination
- Tune Talk may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for operational, regulatory, or security reasons.
- Liability and Indemnity
- The Service is provided βas isβ and βas availableβ. Tune Talk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from your use of the Service.
- Amendments
- Tune Talk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
