STAY HOME OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Tune Talk STAY HOME Offer, (“Offer”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This Offer  is valid for all Tune Talk Subscribers including partners tariff plans (including but not limited to Halo Telco, Tone Excel and Tone Plus)
  2. This Offer shall be effective from 00:01 23 March 2020 to 23:59 31 March 2020 (“Validity Period”). All Malaysian citizens will be exempted from 6% SST. SST exemptions are identified by legitimate and accurate SIM registration with Malaysian IDs such as MyKad or MyTentera. Non-Malaysians are not eligible for SST exemptions
  3. To qualify for this Offer,
    • Any FIRST top up done using Tune Talk Web or Tune Talk App only;
    • Only online payment methods are eligible (including E-banking, FPX, Credit/Debit card, E-wallets). Physical Scratch cards / Top-up vouchers are excluded.
    • subscribers must top up airtime credit of minimum RM5 and above in a single denomination;
    • Top up is done during the Validity Period
  4. The Offer provides the following subject to each respective terms:
    • Bonus Credit
      • Bonus Credit is allocated ONE TIME only for first top-up done during the Offer period;
      • Bonus Credit  shall be auto-credited with no opt-in required;
      • Credit validity and TT BIG points shall remain the same
      • The Bonus Credit obtained for each denomination for Malaysian and Non-Malaysian is as shown in the Table provided below:-

    • +15 days SIM Validity (“Validity Extension”) is applicable for Subscribers as follows:
      • Any SIM in Grace Period (G1) status that is going into Expiry (EX) from 21-Mar-20 to 5-Apr-20
      • G1 validity to automatically extend 15 days
      • After extension, SIM will still be in G1 status unless top-up (SIM will expire as usual if no top up detected)
  5. All queries pertaining to the above Offer can be obtained by contacting Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily or via Live Chat on Tune Talk’s Mobile App or Website.
  6. All subscribers that participate in the Offer are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks Service Terms and Conditions, as and when so amended from time to time and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  7. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
  8. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
  9. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
  10. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at Tune Talk Privacy Policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
