VoWiFi or WiFi Calling is a service that allows customers to make and receive calls & SMS over WiFi connection.
VoWiFi is available to all Tune Talk subscribers who are using a VoWiFi supported device and have been using VoLTE. Kindly refer to the list of supported devices.
VoWiFi call charges are the standard rate for voice calls depending on what mobile plan that you are currently on. If your mobile plan comes with voice minutes, then the VoWiFi calls will utilise these minutes, else the calls will be charged the standard Pay-Per-Use rate of RM0.22 per minute.
There is no charge for activating VoWiFi. Just like VoLTE, it is free and has no activation fee.
