Tune Talk Shop is a shopping feature in the Tune Talk App, powered by Presto, where eligible users can browse products, make purchases, and redeem Tune Talk Points for discounts.
Who can use Tune Talk Shop?
Tune Talk Shop is available to active Tune Talk subscribers and eligible Tune Talk Free App Users who can access the Tune Talk App.
Do I need to link my account before using Tune Talk Shop?
Yes. You may need to link your Tune Talk account with Presto first. During this process, you may be asked to consent to sharing details such as your mobile number, email address, and other required information to enable the service.
Can I use Tune Talk Points in Tune Talk Shop?
Yes. Tune Talk Points may be used as a discount on eligible purchases, subject to applicable redemption rules such as minimum and maximum redemption limits, product eligibility, and system validation.
What if I do not have enough Tune Talk Points?
If your points are not enough to cover the full amount, you will need to pay the remaining balance using an available payment method at checkout.
What payment methods are available?
Supported payment methods may include Touch ’n Go eWallet, credit card, debit card, FPX, other eWallets, and any other methods made available from time to time. Payment method availability may vary depending on system and provider availability.
Can I combine Tune Talk Points with another payment method?
Yes, where available, you may combine Tune Talk Points with another supported payment method in the same transaction.
Is my order confirmed once payment is successful?
Not always. A successful order placement does not guarantee fulfilment, as issues such as stock unavailability, merchant acceptance, logistics, fraud screening, or technical failure may still affect the order.
Who handles product fulfilment and delivery?
Product fulfilment, shipping, delivery, and merchant-side processing are handled by Presto and/or the relevant merchant.
What happens if my payment fails after points were deducted?
If a payment fails after Tune Talk Points were deducted, the points will be automatically refunded or reversed back to your account, subject to processing and reconciliation time.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds for successful payments, including those related to cancellations, disputes, or fulfilment issues, are handled manually through Customer Care and are subject to the relevant review and process.
Will I receive notifications or receipts?
Yes. You may receive push notifications, payment receipts, transaction confirmations, order confirmations, delivery updates, or logistics notifications through the Tune Talk App, email, or other available channels.
Can I transfer or cash out my Tune Talk Points?
No. Tune Talk Points are not cash, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is Tune Talk responsible for the products sold in Tune Talk Shop?
Tune Talk Shop is powered by Presto and may involve third-party merchants, payment providers, and logistics partners. Tune Talk does not directly manufacture, own, or fulfil the listed products unless stated otherwise.
Can Tune Talk change or suspend Tune Talk Shop?
Yes. Tune Talk may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of Tune Talk Shop at any time, including its features, payment methods, and redemption mechanics.
Can my access to Tune Talk Shop be suspended?
Yes. Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if there is a breach of the Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, technical issues, inactive account status, or legal or operational reasons.
How will my personal data be used?
Your personal data may be collected, used, processed, and shared between Tune Talk and Presto for account linking, identity verification, transaction processing, points redemption, order management, support, fraud prevention, compliance, and service improvement purposes.
