What is the ShopeeVIP Voucher?
It is a voucher available to all Tune Talk Subscribers through the Tune Talk App.
When is it available?
The voucher is available from 7 July 2026 until further notice, subject to availability.
Who can redeem the voucher for FREE?
Subscribers who have successfully subscribed to Epik+ 50, Epik+ Family Safe or Epik+ Family.
How many FREE vouchers can I redeem?
You may redeem one (1) FREE ShopeeVIP Voucher per calendar month.
When can I redeem the FREE voucher?
You may redeem it after successfully subscribing to an eligible Epik+ plan.
Can subscribers on other Epik+ plans redeem the voucher?
Yes. They may redeem one (1) voucher using 1,400 Tune Talk Points.
How do I redeem the voucher?
Eligible subscribers may select the ShopeeVIP banner on the Tune Talk App homepage. Subscribers using Tune Talk Points may select the “Redeem Points” tile.
Where can I find the voucher after redemption?
Go to My Rewards > Available Rewards in the Tune Talk App.
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of redemption.
How do I activate the voucher?
Open the voucher under My Rewards, swipe right and confirm the activation.
How long is the voucher code valid after activation?
The voucher code is valid for ten (10) minutes after activation. The validity period cannot be paused, extended or restarted.
How do I use the voucher code?
Copy the voucher code and enter it on the applicable ShopeeVIP subscription page in the Shopee App.
Can the voucher code be used more than once?
No. Each voucher code may only be used once.
What happens if the voucher expires?
An expired voucher cannot be reinstated, extended, exchanged, or refunded.
Are Tune Talk Points refundable?
Tune Talk Points are not refundable after a successful redemption, except where the redemption fails due to a verified technical error attributable to Tune Talk.
Why might my redemption be unsuccessful?
The redemption may be unsuccessful due to insufficient Tune Talk Points, an inactive or suspended Tune Talk account, failure to subscribe to the applicable Epik+ plan, or an expired Shopee VIP Voucher.
Are Shopee’s terms and conditions applicable?
Yes. The ShopeeVIP Voucher and its benefits are subject to Shopee’s applicable terms and conditions.
