Top Ups
Tune Talk offers four ways to Top Up:
- Login to SelfCare and request for online Top Up
- Visit an authorised Tune Talk dealer to purchase Physical Top Up Voucher or E-Top Up credit
- Visit any outlets with e-pay machine
- Request for credit transfer
Physical Top Up Voucher
Tune Talk Top Up vouchers are available in the following denominations and validity:
To activate the 16 digit voucher PIN, access Tune Talk's IVR or USSD menu.
For IVR:
- Dial 13101
- Enter number 2 to select Top Up
- Enter number 1 to select "Input Voucher"
- Enter 16 digits voucher PIN
- Upon successful Top Up, your new balance and validity period will be announced
For USSD:
- Dial *122*<16 digits PIN>#
- Press SEND
- Upon successful reload, your new balance and validity period will be displayed
E-Top Up
For hassle free Top Up, request for E-Top Up from selected Tune Talk authorized dealers. Your Top Up amount will be credited to your account immediately! No need to dial-in and manually enter the 16 digits PIN! Plus, you may Top Up in any of the following denominations:

Credit Transfer
Ran out of credit? Request for credit transfer from your friends and family as a temporary measure!
To transfer credit:
- Dial *111# and press SEND
- Enter 3 for "Credit"
- Enter 2 for "Transfer"
- Enter recipient's 10 digit Tune Talk number followed by * and the amount, 3 for RM3, 5 for RM5. For example: 0105001234*3 and press SEND
- A transaction fee of RM0.50 will be charged to both sender and recipient. The validity of the transferred credit is as follow:
Note:
- Sender must have a minimum balance of RM10.00 after the transfer
- Maximum of one credit transfer transaction per day only (transferor and recipient)
