services . However, you need to
register yourself before using Tune Talk.
You can do this by registering here at our website's registration page , then reserving a preferred Tune Talk number.
You may also walk-in to any of our Dealers and purchase a new Tune Talk SIM pack. The Dealer will register you immediately.
You get our great Tune Talk
service all over Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
As Tune Talk uses
GSM platform, only GSM phones can be used for Tune Talk's
services .
Yes, you may use any GSM phones on the Tune Talk network, as Tune Talk uses the GSM platform.
If your mobile phone has GPS configured, you should be able to use GPS.
There is no activation fee with Tune Talk. You are just required to
register with us to use our
services .
You do not need a credit check to get a Tune Talk prepaid SIM pack.
Tune Talk's grace period is
45 days after
expiry of validity .
Once your
reload validity expires , you will still have
45 days , where you can receive calls or SMS.
If you do not carry out any
reloads within these
45 days , your SIM will become
unusable . This also means your account will be
Disconnected .
You have to purchase a new SIM pack and will not be able to get back your old number.
Yes, you are allowed to call a Malaysian toll free number using Tune Talk prepaid. Local toll free charges apply.
Yes, you will be able to call 1XX numbers using Tune Talk prepaid. Normal charges for these numbers will apply.
Just dial 13103 to listen to your Voicemails.
