How to Register your SIM via Tune Talk App
Step 1
Install the latest version of Tune Talk App. Tap on Check Order Status.
Step 2
Key in your Mobile Number to view your SIM Order. Once you've found your purchased SIM, tap Activate.
Step 3
Follow on-screen instructions to complete SIM registration.
Step 4
Upon successful registration, scan QR code within your confirmation email and activate your eSIM in the Tune Talk App.
Step 1
Install the latest version of Tune Talk App. Tap on Check Order Status.
Step 2
Key in your Mobile Number to view your SIM Order. Once you've found your purchased SIM, tap Activate.
Step 3
Follow on-screen instructions to complete SIM registration.
Step 4
Upon SIM activation and successful registration, Insert your SIM card and log in to the Tune Talk App.
How to Install your eSIM?

For iOS devices:
- Go to Settings
- Select Mobile Data/Mobile Service
- Select Add eSIM
- Click Use QR Code and scan the eSIM QR Code
For Android devices:
- Go to Settings
- Select Connection
- Select SIM Manager

- Click Scan QR Code and scan the eSIM QR Code

You may register up to:
- Malaysian Subscribers: up to 5 SIMs.
- Non-Malaysian Subscribers: up to 2 SIMs.
Physical SIMs can be collected at your selected airport collection location. please bring your order confirmation upon collection
5G/4G network access is available across all plans, replace with subjected to actual availability and quality depend on network coverage, your device’s compatibility, network conditions and other technical factors.
Currently: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand and Brunei. This list is subject to Tune Talk’s arrangements with its Roaming Partner Networks and may be updated from time to time.
Hotspot and tethering are not available while using Free Global E-Roaming — hotspot is for local use in Malaysia only.
Free Global E-Roaming is facilitated through Tune Talk’s Roaming Partner Networks in each destination, quality, speed and coverage can vary depending on that partner network’s infrastructure, technical capabilities and conditions. A Fair Usage Policy may also apply and can differ by destination or partner.
You may subscribe to the same Plan again within the 2-day Grace Period from the date of expiry to receive a new main Internet data quota.

Free Global E-Roaming covers data usage only. Calls, SMS, premium services and other chargeable roaming services are not included.
Before you travel, make sure data roaming is enable on and your device’s APN (Access Point Name) setting is configured to “tunetalk”, both are needed for Free Global E-Roaming to work correctly overseas.

You may resubscribe to the Plan up to 2 times. After the second resubscription, the SIM will expire and can no longer be used.
