Ensure that your eSIM has been fully registered and the port-in process is completed before installing the eSIM to your device. The eSIM profile is unique and can only be used ONCE. Switching devices or eSIM will incur an additional fee.

  1. eSIMs must be successfully registered (and/or successfully ported in) before installation.
