Roaming usage is deducted from the main data bucket of Epik+35. Roaming connectivity is determined by the applicable roaming partner network in each destination, and data quantum, speed, and availability may vary by country.

The complimentary E-Roaming benefit shall automatically terminate and be forfeited immediately upon any termination, suspension, downgrade, or change of your Epik+35 plan prior to the expiry of the 30-day promo window.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with international roaming, supports eSIM (where applicable), and is appropriately configured prior to travel.

No. The promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and has no cash value. Save for the complimentary E-Roaming benefit, no element of this promotion may be exchanged for cash, credits, refunds for past purchases, upgrades to other plans, in-app items, or any other products or services.
