You may use the Traveller SIM if the country you are visiting is listed on the traveller SIM pack and is still within the validity period.
Red Pack: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Cambodia
Black Pack: China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Philippines
*Anyhow, if you travel to another country which is excluded from the countries listed on the Traveller SIM pack, you need to purchase a different pack of Traveller SIM.
Eligible for Malaysians with NRIC and Non – Malaysians with Passport aged 12 and above.
- Insert the sim into the device.
- Turn on “Data Roaming”.
- Restart your device and allow 2-5 minutes for SIM to be activated.
- Your phone will be automatically connected to the supported roaming network partner
Once validity expires, you will be unable to use the SIM anymore. However, you may purchase an extra SIM in advance.
