VAS Airtime (International) lets you send prepaid top-ups to selected international mobile numbers directly from the Tune Talk App. The service supports multiple countries and operators, with denominations that vary by destination.
The list of supported countries and mobile operators is available in the Tune Talk App under the VAS Airtime (International) section. We may add or remove countries/operators without prior notice based on service availability.
- Open the Tune Talk App.
- Go to Value Added Services > Airtime (International).
- Enter the recipient’s mobile number (including country code).
- Choose the operator and top-up amount.
- Confirm payment using your preferred method (see Q4).
You can pay using:
- TTNow+ airtime balance
- Online banking (FPX)
- Credit/Debit Card (saved card option available)
- Selected e-wallets
💡 Note: Payments made via methods other than TTNow+ may be subjected to additional processing conditions and, in some cases, service tax as required by Malaysian law.
No service tax applies when paying with TTNow+ airtime balance. For other payment methods, tax applicability follows Malaysian regulations at the time of purchase.
Most top-ups are delivered instantly within a few minutes. However, in rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to network or operator delays.
You can only send airtime to numbers belonging to supported operators in the countries listed in the app. Incorrect country/operator selection or invalid numbers may cause the transaction to fail.
- TTNow+ Payments: All successful transactions are final and non-refundable except where the service is not delivered.
- Other Payment Methods: If the service is not delivered, you may contact Tune Talk Customer Care at 13100 or +603 2771 7000 for refund requests. These will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our refund policies.
If your transaction fails and the airtime is not delivered, the amount deducted will be returned to your TTNow+ balance (for TTNow+ payments) or refunded to your original payment method (for other payments) after verification.
In most cases, the recipient will receive an SMS confirmation from their operator. Tune Talk will also show the transaction status in your purchase history in the app.
Yes, transaction limits may apply based on the operator’s policies, the country, and Tune Talk’s internal fraud prevention measures. These limits will be displayed in the app when you select the top-up amount.
You are responsible for ensuring that the number and operator are correct before confirming the transaction. Tune Talk will not be able to reverse or refund a top-up sent to the wrong number if it has already been delivered.
Yes. All VAS Airtime (International) purchases can be viewed in the History section in the Tune Talk App.
