These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use, earnings, and purchase of Tune Talk Points (“Points”) under the current Tune Talk prepaid services. They are supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Points program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ELIGIBLITY
These Terms apply to all Tune Talk prepaid subscribers who earn, use, or purchase Tune Talk Points.
EARNING POINTS
You can earn Points through the following ways:
Top-Ups – You earn points every time you reload your Tune Talk prepaid credit. The number of points earned depends on the top-up amount.
Purchasing Points – You can buy Points directly using credit cards, debit cards, or online banking (Tune Talk credit is not accepted for this purchase).

POINTS EXPIRY
Points will expire 2 years from the end of the month they were collected.

REDEMPTION NOTICE
If you redeem the 120GB Yearly Data Goodie (10GB/month for 12 months), your existing data plan will be overridden. Unused data will be lost, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
POINTS FORFEITURE
You will lose all accumulated Points if:
You port-out your number to another provider.
Your Tune Talk account expires or deactivates.
Switching between any Tune Talk Tariffs (e.g TT Jimat ↔ TT Epik) does not cause any loss of Points.
ACOUNT INTEGRITY AND FRAUD
Tune Talk may suspend, block, or cancel your Points and/or services without prior notice if:
Points are used or acquired fraudulently or commercially without permission.
If there’s any violations of applicable laws or service terms.
Your account registration is found to be false, misleading, or unauthorized.
Accounts are subject to verification and audit.

In case of discrepancies between language versions of these Terms, the English version prevails. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
PRIVACY
Your personal data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). For details on how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and safeguarded, please refer to the Tune Talk Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
