MALAYSIA PRIHATIN PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Malaysia Prihatin Promotion (“Promotion”) is a Tune Talk Initiative in conjunction with Malaysia’s Merdeka and Malaysia Day 2021 celebrations. These terms and conditions shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time. Subscribers who opt-in for the Malaysia Prihatin Initiative Promotion are bound to the abovesaid terms and conditions and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  2. Eligibility criteria (“Eligibility”):
    • All new and existing Malaysian Tune Talk subscribers.
    • Subscribers (and all encompassing mobile numbers registered to their NRIC) that have not participated in or benefitting from Program Jaringan Prihatin within Tune Talk based on no records of successful registrations prior to participating.
  3. This Promotion :
    • This Promotion offers a one-time RM5 in additional credit that shall be made available effectively between 12:01am 16th August 2021 and 11:59pm 16th September 2021 (“Promo Period”), limited to ONE (1) redemption per mobile number.
    • Tune Talk however reserves the sole right to extend or otherwise discontinue the Offer Period without any prior notice to subscribers.
  4. Mechanics:
    • Top-up single denominations of RM30 or higher fulfilling all the criteria below:
      • Within and via the Tune Talk’s Mobile Application (Android, iOS or Huawei) or Website (www.tunetalk.com) only.
      • Instant forms of payment method limited to credit/debit card, Online banking (FPX) or eWallet. (Voucher top up is not eligible).
    • Upon a successful top up, subscribers will receive success notification via SMS.
  5. Tune Talk reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate our subscribers’ Service, plans, data, voice or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable ground that you are in violation of Tune Talk’s Terms of Service or our Fair Usage Policy.
  6. All queries pertaining to the above Offer should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
  7. All Subscribers that participate in the Offer are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talks service terms and conditions, as and when so amended herein from time to time and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  8. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
  9. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
  10. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
  11.  The Subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at https://www.tunetalk.com/my/en/ancillary/tnc/privacy-policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
