1. This RTB Fest Ticket Redemption (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”) shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription, https://www.tunetalk.com/my/en/ancillary/tnc/service-subscription (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”).
2. All subscribers that participate in the Campaign are bound by the Campaign Terms and Conditions terms together with the Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and/or any other terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s Service. Tune Talk reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, vary, or change any Plan or Service Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice to subscribers.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend/change the Terms and Conditions without any liability to the subscribers.
4. Campaign is valid for all existing and new Tune Talk subscribers from 11th January 2021 to 6th March 2021 (“Campaign Period”).

5. The ticket redemption will be open from 11th January 2021 (3.00PM) to 6th March 2021 (11.59AM)
6. The number of passes is limited, first come first serve only (Limited to 2 passes per account).
7. Mechanics:
   • The subscriber must be a Tune Talk subscriber during the campaign period.
   • The subscriber must be on Tune Talk UNL Plan during the campaign period to redeem the passes.
   • Tune Talkers who are on these tariff plans and/or are not subscribed to Tune UNL Plan will not be eligible to redeem the free passes (TTBuddies, TTValue, Tone Excel, Tone Plus, HaloTelco, AllStars)
   • Subscribers have to opt-in by sending TTRTB to 2222 to receive the passes.
   • Once the SMS is sent, eligible subscribers will receive a unique promo code.
   • Subscribers will need to insert the promo code on RTB website.
8. Every subscriber is entitled to redeem TWO passes only.
9. The codes can only be used until the event day, 6th March 2021. Any redemption after that will not be valid.
10. The codes can only be used to redeem General Admission tickets.
11. The codes are for one-time use only, and it is applicable on RTB’s website.
12. In the event that the subscriber’s mobile number is not in ACTIVE status (ACTIVE status means that a subscriber’s Tune Talk credit validity has not expired), the subscriber will not be able to utilize the data plan until he/she returns to ACTIVE status by topping up.
13. This Campaign cannot be exchangeable for cash or used in conjunction with any other offers, privileges, promotions, or packages, unless otherwise stated.
14. Tune Talk reserves the sole right at any time during the running of the Campaign to exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions.
15. Tune Talk reserves the right to temporarily block, suspend or cancel the subscription to the Promotion or Service if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that the Promotion and/or Service has been abused, used, or exploited commercially without Tune Talk authorization, fraud or against any law.
16. Tune Talk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Campaign without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Tune Talk’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Campaign.
17. In the event of disputes regarding the Campaign or the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, Tune Talk shall have the right to make the final decision.
18. Authenticity of registrations will be subject to audit and checks by Tune Talk. If registration is proven to be fraudulent including but not limited due to false IDs, commercial usage, unauthorized registrations, etc. Tune Talk reserves the right to terminate the line without notice.
19. All queries pertaining to the above Campaign should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
20. Where the Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflict or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
21. The Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscriber agrees unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.

General

1. Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”) is responsible for the #TTDripCheck contest ("The Contest").
2. Tune Talk reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest and the terms and conditions of this Contest (“Terms and Conditions”) at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on Tune Talk’s www.tunetalk.com (“Website”) and/or any of its social media platforms namely Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ( “Tune Talk’s Social Media Platform”).

Qualifying Contestant

1. The Contest is open only to Tune Talk subscribers who are 13 years or older as at the date of participation (“Contestants”). By participating (uploading or posting your entries on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram with hashtag #TuneThursday) at any time during the Contest Period you as a contestant, expressly agree:
   • to this Terms and Conditions;
   • to indemnify Tune Talk against any and all claims in relation to your participation of this Contest and breach of the Terms and Condition contained herein (“Terms and Condition”). Tune Talk’s rights are hereby expressly reserved;
   • that any decision of Tune Talk concerning the Contest is final and conclusive;
   • at the request of Tune Talk you will furnish Tune Talk with any information required to verify your entry into this Contest.
2. Employees of Tune Talk and its affiliates in Participating Countries, advertising and promotion agencies of Tune Talk together with their employees, and immediate family member and/or those living in the same household of each of the aforesaid persons are not eligible to participate to this Contest.
3. Tune Talk reserves the sole right at any time during the running of the Contest to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Contest, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions.

Contest Period

1. The Contest will be held from 18th January 2021 to 27th January 2021, 11.59PM
   - The Contest has been extended until 10th February 2021, 11.59PM
2. A total of five (5) winners will be selected for The Contest on each date
3. Prize of the contest will be an exclusive #RTB Fest Watch Party Kit worth RM800*

Submission of Entries, Rules and Qualifying Criteria

1. The Contest is open to all aged 13 years and above only (“Participants”).
2. No proof of purchase is required to join The Contest.
3. To participate in The Contest, Participants must:
   • Post your most creative streetwear OOTD (Outfit of The Day)
   • In the post caption, participants must include the hashtags #TTDripCheck, #TTxRTB & #RTBFest2021
   • Follow Tune Talk on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
   • Follow RTB on Instagram
4. Winners will be selected based completion of all the guidelines listed, originality and creativity.
5. Once winners are selected; our Tune Talk Customer Care representative will contact the winners via Facebook / Instagram / Twitter.
6. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event that the Winners are not contactable for whatever reasons.
7. All Entries must be submitted during the Full Contest Period.
8. There is no limit to the number of times Participants can take part in The Contest.
9. To qualify for participation in The Contest, each Entry submitted must follow all the guidelines listed in these Terms and Conditions, failing which the said Entry shall be disqualified and removed immediately.
10. Entries that are incomplete, illegible and/or fraudulent will be disqualified immediately.
11. Participants must not cheat or engage in any attempt to cheat or plagiarism
12. Entry containing watermarks shall be disqualified
13. Where there are images, appearance or personal information of other individuals, company, corporation appearing in or associated with your Entry , you confirm that the individuals, company, corporation have consented and agreed to you providing the images and personal information to Tune Talk and that Tune Talk may use the images and personal information for the purpose of this Contest.
14. Tune Talk may disqualify Entry(s) that had product or service brands, visibility of any individuals, company or corporation.
15. You shall hold Tune Talk ad all of its officers, directors and employees free and harmless from any liability arising from claims or suits of third parties, including cost and expenses incidental thereto, in connection with the use of the Video Entry.

Selection of Winners

1. The selection of Winner is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
2. Contestants automatically relinquish all rights or claims to any photos or videos taken of them relating to The Contest and agree for these materials to be used by The Organiser for the purpose of advertising and promotion of the product or related event(s).
3. The Organiser has the right to amend the Rules and Terms and Conditions of The Contest at any time without prior notice and/or reason.
4. The Organiser has the right to terminate a contestant’s account should the need arise.

Prizes, Shortlisting and Prize Redemption

1. Winners will be contacted between 15th to 19th February 2021.
2. All prizes are given on an "as is" basis and are not exchangeable for cash, other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or change the prizes without prior notice.
4. The Organiser and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, damage, person’s negligence) in connection with any aspect of any prizes.
5. In the event that the Winner chooses not to accept a prize, he/she forfeits any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of The Organiser, subject to legislative requirements.
6. A copy of these general contest rules must be signed and endorsed by the Winner upon request by The Organiser.
7. All prizes are used/taken entirely at the risk of the Winner, and The Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
8. All Winners must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing the prizes and the Terms and Conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
9. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the Winner’s part to allow the use of the Winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by Tune Talk for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Tune Talk by each Winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and /or damages which the Winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of a relating to : (i) the Contest , (ii) personal injury and / or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner as a results of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
10. Where applicable, prizes not claimed or collected within 2 weeks from the date of notification for collection shall be disposed of at Tune Talk’s sole discretion. Tune Talk’s decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Contest, and no queries, themes or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Tune Talk’s decision on the same. The receipt by any Winner of any prize under this Contest is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations

Prohibited Content

1. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, contents which, in The Organiser's sole judgment and own discretion:
   • is offensive to the community, such as content that promotes racism, politically religious agendas, inflammatory religious content, violence, foul language, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
   • includes ingredients that are offensive to other religious practices and/or The Organiser's competitive products that appear in the photos;
   • harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
   • involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," "spam," or any other unsolicited mass mailing, e-mailing, or other communication;
   • includes any information that the Subscriber knows is false or misleading, promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, or is threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous;
   • constitutes or includes any illegal or unauthorised copy of another person's copyrighted or copyrightable work, including, but not limited to, pirated computer programmes or links to them, information which circumvents manufacturer-installed copyright-protected devices, pirated music or links to pirated music files;
   • displays obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
   • includes material that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
   • provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
   • is found offensive, obscene, indecent or improper as specified in the Content Code of the Malaysia Competition Committee.

Data Protection

1. By participating, Subscribers grant The Organiser and its affiliates the permission to use their name, photograph or image for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with The Contest in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
2. At times The Organiser may retain third parties to process the Subscribers’ entries. All such third parties are contractually obliged not to use the Subscribers’ personal data in any way other than those, which are specified herein.
3. Under Malaysian law, the Subscribers’ rights include:
   • the right to obtain a copy of the personal data which we hold about the Subscribers (we reserve the right to charge a small fee for the exercise of this right); and
   • the right to have incorrect personal data we hold about the Subscribers corrected.
4. If Subscribers wish to raise any data protection issue with The Organiser, or exercise any of their legal rights, they are to contact Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2782 0000 from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm daily.
5. The Organiser may take reasonable precautions to keep the Subscribers’ personal data secure, and require third party data processors to do the same. Please note, however, that The Organiser may release the Subscribers’ personal data if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court order.

Use of Personal Information

1. Information – All information, including personal information (“Information”) submitted or known to Tune Talk and/or its affiliates in connection with this Contest will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Tune Talk at its official website (“Privacy Policy”).
2. Use of Information – In addition to those stipulated in the Privacy Policy, by entering the Contest, you agree:
   • to the use of the Information, without compensation, for Tune Talk’s promotional and marketing purposes; and
   • to the use of the Information, without compensation, for the purpose of administration in relation to the Contest.
3. Each individual participating to this Contest acknowledges that in respect of any Information from her/him pursuant to this Contest:
   • She/he is authorized to disclose such Information; and
   • Such disclosure complies with any Malaysian privacy legislation, and we have the right to use such Information as contemplated by this Contest (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Information to Tune Talk's external agencies or third parties).
4. Provision of Information to Third Parties - We will not sell or otherwise transfer the Information to unaffiliated third parties without your approval.

Liability and Responsibility

1. The Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] suffered by third parties or the Subscribers in any manner whatsoever during and/or after The Contest resulting from or arise out of The Contest.
2. All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in The Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

Rights of the Organiser

1. The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. To the extent permitted by law in Malaysia, the Subscribers hereby irrevocably waive all current and future moral rights of the photos and license The Organiser and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, alter and integrate the content of the photos without restriction.
3. The Organiser shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs and/or videos of the Winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the Winners and the Winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
4. Decisions from The Organiser are final and in no way can the Subscribers have further discussions or appeal that will alter The Organiser’s final decision.
5. The Organiser at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel The Contest in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser, or for any reason whatsoever without the need to disclose such reason.
6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Subscriber that is found or suspected of tampering with The Contest submission process. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person/Subscriber who it reasonably suspects has violated or infringed any of these general Terms and Conditions and The Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to The Contest.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in The Contest, Subscribers agree to be bound by The Contest’s Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions of the usage of the telecommunication service provided by the Organiser, as well as the decisions of the Organiser.
2. The Contest Terms and Conditions are provided in English.
