• Drama on the Tune Talk App is a subscription-based entertainment service that lets eligible users watch drama content through the Tune Talk App. 

• Drama is available to eligible Tune Talk users and Free App users, subject to the plan category and payment requirements set by Tune Talk. 

• No. Not all tariffs are eligible. For users with an active plan, only TTEPIK and equivalent eligible tariff plans are allowed, unless otherwise stated by Tune Talk. EntEpik tariff is excluded unless Tune Talk says otherwise. 

• Yes. Free App users may subscribe to Drama, subject to the applicable subscription fee and recurring payment requirement. 

• Yes. A valid recurring payment method is required for all Drama subscriptions. 

• Your subscription will be activated immediately once your payment is successful. 

• Yes. All Drama subscriptions are auto renewed by default using your saved recurring payment method. 

Not necessarily. Your renewal fee may change depending on your plan or user category at the time of renewal. For example, if you change plans or become planless before renewal, the new applicable fee may apply.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of
  Malaysia.

• Yes. Tune Talk may amend, vary, update, suspend, or terminate the service or these Terms at any time,
  with or without prior notice, unless required by law.

• Tune Talk may suspend or terminate access to the services and take any appropriate action if abuse,
  fraud, unauthorized use, or breach of Terms is detected.

• No. All successful Drama subscription charges, including first-time and renewal payments, are final and
  non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise approved by Tune Talk.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your saved payment method remains valid, active, and chargeable.

• You will be charged based on the plan or user category applicable at the time of successful subscription
  or renewal.

• Yes, where relevant, your use of the services may also be subject to the applicable third party’s policies,
  platform rules, or terms.

• Yes. The services may be powered by or integrated with third-party content platforms or service providers
  appointed by Tune Talk.

• Yes. Tune Talk may add, remove, suspend, replace, or change any part of the service, including content,
  features, ads, access model, and points mechanism, without prior notice.

• Not necessarily. Drama content, games features, ads, catalogue, quality, and access experience may
  vary depending on your plan, user category, subscription status, device compatibility, network condition,
  and operational factors.

• No. Points earned from gameplay do not grant or extend access to Drama or any other paid content,
  unless Tune Talk specifically states otherwise.

• Yes. Tune Talk may withhold, retract, revoke, or disqualify points if the activity is found to be automated,
  fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or otherwise not valid.
