Just follow these steps:
- Open the Tune Talk App
- Go to Manage Payment
- Add a new debit or credit card
- Set it as your default card
- Turn on the Global Auto-Renewal toggle
- Keep the card active for at least 30 days
That’s it!
No. Only newly added cards are eligible. Cards already saved in your account won’t qualify.
No. Your card must remain the default payment method for the full 30 days to stay eligible.
There are two toggles:
- Plan Auto-Renewal
- Global Auto-Renewal

| ON | OFF | Plan renews using Tune Talk credit |
| OFF | OFF | No auto-renewal happens |

The earliest active SIM in your account will receive the 500 points.
No. Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.
Yes. Tune Talk may change or end the reward program at any time, but we’ll always strive to keep it fair and transparent.
Yes! You’re eligible if you:
- Have at least one active Tune Talk line
- Add a new card (not previously added)
- Set it as your default payment method
- Turn on auto-renewal
- Keep the card added for 30 consecutive days
No. The points will be credited after 30 days, as long as your card stays active and all conditions are met.
You’ll lose eligibility for the reward if the card is removed or changed during the 30-day period.
