Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) refers to additional products and services beyond your regular Tune Talk mobile service. This includes:
- Airtime Send (International) – Top-up overseas mobile numbers.
- Utilities (International) – Pay international utility bills.
- Voucher (International) – Buy gift cards and e-codes for international merchants.
- Google Direct Carrier Billing (Google DCB) – Pay for Google Play purchases and charge them to your TTNow+.
Open the Tune Talk App and go to the Value Added Services section from the homepage. You can browse available services and complete transactions directly in the app.
You will receive confirmation within the app via push notification. Delivery times vary by service — please check the specific service FAQ below.

All active Tune Talk subscribers can access VAS services via the Tune Talk app. Some services may have additional eligibility requirements as stated in their own T&Cs.
You can pay for VAS services using:
- TTNow+ credit balance
- Online banking
- Credit/debit cards
- E-wallets
- For payments other than TTNow+, an 8% service tax will be applied.
- If the transaction fails and the service is not delivered, you will receive a refund after verification.
- Refunds will be credited back to your TTNow+ balance if that was your payment method.
- If payment was made using a method other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Careline at 13100 or +603 2771 7000 for assistance.
