How to top up?
Credit Validity
Credit validity period based on the top up value.
After exceeding your credit validity, you will enter a Grace Period of 45 days.
You will not be able to make calls, SMS or utiilise remaining data until you top up again. Failing to top up within Grace Period will cause your number to be disconnected.
Simply top up to stay active.
Credit validity is based on top up denomination value and not its accumulation.
Example 1:
Top up RM10 for 10 times within the same day
10 days validity
VS
Top up RM100 for 1 time only
100 days validity
Example 2:
Top up RM20 and subsequently RM30 within the same day
30 days validity
VS
Top up RM50 for 1 time only
50 days validity
