Non – Malaysians whom travelling to Malaysia with Passport aged 12 and above. They need to present their Passports at the Tune Talk outlets in selected airports for SIM collection and SIM registration.

You may contact our Customer Care team at 13100 or  Live Chat with us from 8am until 10pm daily.

How much is the shipping fee?

It will cost you for RM12 for international shipping and RM8 for local shipping.

How long does the delivery take?
  • International Shipping – Your order will delivered within 14 working days.
  • Local Shipping – Your order will delivered within 3 – 5 working days.
  • If you placed your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process the orders on the next business day.
