How to start using the eSIM

Step 1
Install the latest version of Tune Talk App.

Step 2
Choose Buy a SIM and select eSIM.

Step 3
Select New Mobile Number and pick your preferred plan. Top up if needed.

Step 4
Review your selection and tap Proceed.

Step 5
Fill in your details as prompted. Complete phone number verification, review order summary and tap Confirm.

Step 6
Upon successful registration, scan QR code within your confirmation email and activate your eSIM in the Tune Talk App.

Log into Tune Talk App > More > Extra Services > SIM Replacement

Step 2
Switch from Physical to eSIM > Select your number > I need a new SIM > eSIM

Step 3
(Optional) Select Top Up amount > Confirm

Step 4
Fill in user details > Verify number > Confirm

Check summary, tick checkboxes > Confirm

Complete registration by activating eSIM on the app. Scan QR code in your confirmation email and done!

Important Reminders! eSIMs must be successfully registered (and/or successfully ported in) before installation. Your eSIM can only be installed ONCE. Subsequent eSIM installations will require a new eSIM purchase (e.g. switching devices, accidental deletion etc.)
