How to get started?
Before submitting your Switch (Port-In) request, please ensure that:

- Your mobile number is not barred by any service provider.
- Make sure you are not bound to any prepaid contract (credit advance or phone contract).
- Only an active mobile number is allowed to switch.
- Mobile number is registered under your name.
- MyKad or passport provided is the same as what was registered with your current service provider.

Receive a confirmation SMS from your telco within the same day
