The Tune Talk Raya Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”). By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD:
   
   1. The Campaign shall commence on 16 March 2026 and end on 30 April 2026 (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated by Tune Talk.
   2. Tune Talk reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   
   1. The Campaign is open to all individuals who:
      
      1. Download the Tune Talk Free App during the Campaign Period
      2. Successfully register an account on the Tune Talk Free App during the Campaign Period; and
      3. Complete the Campaign mechanics as stated below.
   2. Existing Tune Talk Free App users who registered prior to the Campaign Period shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
   3. Employees of Tune Talk, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   4. Only Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above are eligible to win the grand prize
3. CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE
   
   1. The objective of this Campaign is to encourage downloads and registrations of the Tune Talk Free App, while driving engagement through eligible in-app activities that allow users to earn Tune Talk Points.
4. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
   
   1. The campaign is open to all individuals who:
      
      1. Download the Tune Talk Free App during the Campaign Period;
      2. Register successfully on the Free App during the Campaign Period;
      3. Accumulate Tune Talk Points through eligible activities within the Tune Talk Free App during the Campaign Period.
   2. Eligible activities for earning Tune Talk Points under this Campaign include:
      
      1. Watching drama;
      2. Playing games;
      3. Daily check-in; and/or
      4. Purchasing Points
   3. Only Tune Talk Points earned during the Campaign Period shall be counted for the purpose of this Campaign.
   4. Tune Talk reserves the right to exclude any points which are found to be invalid, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, suspicious, or obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. PRIZES STRUCTURE
   
   1. Prizes available under this Campaign includes:
      
      1. Grand Prize
         
         • One (1) iPhone 17 Pro Max
      2. Other Prizes
         
         • Five (5) RM50 Touch ‘n Go (“TNG) PIN Vouchers for the Top 5 earners
   2. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
   3. Tune Talk reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.
6. WINNERS SELECTION
   
   1. Winners shall be determined based on the highest number of Tune Talk Points accumulated by eligible participants during the Campaign Period.
   2. At the end of the Campaign Period, Tune Talk shall compile the records of all eligible participants who downloaded and registered on the Tune Talk Free App during the Campaign Period.
   3. The participant with the highest number of Tune Talk Points accumulated during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to win the Grand Prize, subject to verification by Tune Talk.
   4. The next highest eligible participants, up to the Top 5 earners, shall each be entitled to receive one (1) RM50 Touch ‘n Go PIN Voucher, subject to verification by Tune Talk.
   5. In the event two (2) or more participants have accumulated the same number of Tune Talk Points, the participant who downloaded and registered on the Tune Talk Free App earlier during the Campaign Period shall rank higher.
   6. Selection and validation of winners shall be at Tune Talk’s sole discretion.
7. PRIZE FULFILMENT
   
   1. Tune Talk shall shortlist the Top 10 participants based on the highest Tune Talk Points accumulated during the Campaign Period for verification purposes.
   2. The shortlisted participants will be contacted using the registered contact details in the Tune Talk Free App.
   3. The Customer Care team will attempt to contact each shortlisted participant up to three (3) times.
   4. If a shortlisted participant does not respond after three (3) contact attempts, fails verification, or is found to be ineligible, Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify the participant and proceed to the next eligible participant in the ranking.
   5. Winners may be required to provide supporting documents or information for verification and prize fulfilment purposes.
   6. Tune Talk will not be responsible for unsuccessful contact or delivery arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated participant information.
8. WINNERS ANNOUNCMENT
   
   1. Winners will be announced on 15 May 2026.
   2. The announcement may be made via Tune Talk’s website, Tune Talk Free App highlights, and/or Tune Talk’s social media platforms.
   3. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree that Tune Talk may publish their name, username, partially masked mobile number, and/or other limited identification details as Tune Talk deems appropriate for purposes of winner announcement.
9. DISQUALIFICATION
   
   1. Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
      
      1. Is found to have provided false or misleading information;
      2. Tampers with the Campaign mechanics or system; or
      3. Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities.
      4. Is found to have accumulated points through invalid, irregular, or non-genuine means.
10. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
    
    1. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Campaign or use of any prize.
    2. Prizes are accepted “as is” and Tune Talk makes no warranties, express or implied, in relation to any prize.
    3. Any images of prizes used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.
11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
    
    1. Tune Talk may, at its sole discretion, amend, vary, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued participation in the Campaign shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.
12. PRIVACY
    
    1. By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
13. GOVERNING LAW
    
    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
