#Jomenjoy T&Cs

  1. This #JomEnjoy (“#JomEnjoy”) terms and conditions shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) and the Points terms and conditions (‘Tune Talk Points Terms and Conditions’).
  2. #JomEnjoy is a Tune Talk loyalty program that offers its subscribers with telecommunications and lifestyle deals that are redeemable with Tune Talk Points and/or airtime credit.
  3. All Subscribers that participate in this loyalty program are bound by the Points Terms and Conditions together with the Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and/or any other terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s Service. Tune Talk reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, vary or change any Points or Service Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice to Subscribers.
  4. The #JomEnjoy deals catalogue can be accessed from the Tune Talk App from 00:01, 5th September 2022 (“Effective Date”) onwards.
  5. The deals catalogue is not fixed and may change from time to time, with each deal having its exclusive redemption terms, conditions and validity periods.
  6. In the event of a particular deal being out of stock, Tune Talk reserves the right to replace any deals with another deal of the same perceived value without any prior notice.
  7. Each lifestyle deal may have its own unique redemption method and usage journey, which are detailed in its specific terms and conditions and can be found in its respective pages within the Tune Talk App.
  8. The redemptions are mobile number-specific and are not transferrable to other mobile numbers, be it belonging to the same owner or otherwise.
  9. The deals are redeemable or purchasable via Points, cash (in the form of airtime credit, FPX or credit/debit card), or a combination of both Points and cash.
  10. The redeemed deals will be available at Tune Talk App on the My Reward Page under Available Rewards and upon successful usage or expiry, the deals will be moved to Passed Rewards.
  11. In addition to enjoy the lifestyle and telecommunications deals under #JomEnjoy, Tune Talk Subscribers can also enjoy benefits and promotions under airasia rewards’ points offering.
  12. Subscribers have the option to convert their Points to airasia points at a conversion ratio of 1:1 once they have a total of 3,000 pts in their Tune Talk account. In order to do this, the subscriber will need to have an airasia member ID. The subscriber may create a new account via the airasia Super App if he/she is not an existing airasia customer.
  13. Subscribers may then convert their Points into airasia points themselves via the Tune Talk App by keying in their airasia member ID during the conversion process.
  14. Kindly note that no transfer from other numbers is allowed and once transferred to the airasia platform it cannot be transferred back to the Tune Talk account.
  15. Redemption of the 120GB yearly data goodie (10GB/month for 12 months) will override any current active data plan that you have. No reimbursements of any kind will be given by Tune Talk for any losses of data plan incurred through the subscription of the 120GB yearly data goodie.
  16. Termination of service (through mobile number porting out or expiry of lifecycle) will result in forfeiture of all accumulated Points and redeemed deals with immediate effect. Once forfeited, the Points cannot be retrieved or transferred to another account. Any requests to retrieve forfeited Points will not be entertained.
  17. Tune Talk reserves the right to temporarily block, suspend or cancel the Points to the Subscriber or Service if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that the Points and/or Service has been abused, used or exploited commercially without Tune Talk authorization, fraud or against any law.
  18. Authenticity of registrations will be subject to audit and checks by Tune Talk. If registration is proven to be fraudulent including but not limited due to false IDs, commercial usage, unauthorized registrations, etc. Tune Talk reserves the right to terminate the line without notice.

Where the Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words donating any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include reference to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or any authority, and vice versa.
  21. Law governing this Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia
