Unless Tune Talk notifies you otherwise, your active plan, credit balance, and entitlements linked to your number remain as they are, subject to their usual validity periods and terms.

Delivery charges apply for the SIM Upgrade Initiative. The applicable charge will be communicated to you before you confirm your request.
Any costs incurred outside Tune Talkβs official Initiative process β including travel or charges from unauthorised dealers β will not be reimbursed by Tune Talk. Always use official Tune Talk channels.
Customers who successfully complete the SIM upgrade and are subscribed to Epik+ 28, Epik+ 35, or Epik+ 50 will be eligible for complimentary E-Roaming, with validity following the remaining validity of their active Mobile Internet plan
Not immediately, but you can. If youβre on the EpikCall20, Tahunan200, or Tahunan99 plan, youβll become eligible for the 1-month complimentary e-Roaming benefit once you upgrade to the Epik+ 28, Epik+ 35, or Epik+ 50 plan after completing your SIM upgrade.
No. Customers on Traveller plans are excluded from this benefit β everything for Traveller plan customers remains exactly as it is.
Depending on the arrangement offered to you, your new SIM may be delivered to your confirmed address, collected from a participating Tune Talk dealer or authorised location, or provided through another method determined by Tune Talk.

No. Your new SIM must not be sold, transferred, or made available to any other person β itβs issued specifically to you for your registered number.

You may experience a brief, temporary service interruption during activation. This is expected as part of the process and isnβt a fault.
Once your new SIM is successfully activated, your existing physical SIM will be deactivated and can no longer be used to access Tune Talk services. The new SIM becomes the active SIM for your number.

No, never. Tune Talk will never request your password, one-time password (OTP), banking credentials, or any other confidential information as part of this SIM upgrade process. Never share your OTP or security credentials with anyone.
Tune Talk may collect, use, and process your personal data for purposes connected to the Initiative β such as verifying your identity, determining eligibility, allocating and activating your SIM, arranging delivery or collection, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal or regulatory compliance β all in line with Tune Talkβs Privacy Notice.
Where delivery is involved, your relevant personal data may be shared with Tune Talkβs authorised delivery, logistics, or service partners, solely for purposes related to the Initiative.
Yes, in certain situations β for example, if youβre not eligible, your information canβt be verified, fraud or misuse is suspected, your line is no longer active, the request is a duplicate, or fulfilment is prevented by circumstances beyond Tune Talkβs control.
Yes. Tune Talk may extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Initiative or any phase of it, with notice provided through an appropriate communication channel.
