Tune Talk Games and Drama T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services known as βIntroducing Games and Drama on the Tune Talk Appβ (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tune Talk Sdn Bhd (“Tune Talk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any part of the Services through the Tune Talk Selfcare Application (“Tune Talk App”), you (“User”, “Subscriber”, or “you”) agree to be bound by the Terms set forth herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
- Drama on the Tune Talk App Drama on the Tune Talk App is a subscription-based entertainment feature made available through the Tune Talk App, which allows eligible Subscribers to access drama content subject to these Terms.
- Eligibility and Pricing
- Drama Subscription pricing and access are as follows:

- Drama Subscription pricing and access are as follows:
- Eligibility Notes
- For Tune Talk prepaid users with an active plan, only TTEPIK and equivalent tariff plans are eligible, excluding EntEpik tariff, unless otherwise stated by Tune Talk.
- For planless users, including G1 users and Free App users, a valid recurring payment method is mandatory.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to revise the list of eligible plans, plan categories, pricing, and access rules at any time.
- Subscription and Payment
- Eligible users may subscribe to the Drama Subscription service through the Tune Talk App.
- Successful payment will trigger immediate activation of the Drama Subscription and entitlement sync to Tune Talkβs appointed content partner or platform.
- Drama Subscription provides access to eligible drama content made available through the Tune Talk App, subject to the subscriberβs eligibility, subscription status, and service availability, subscription status, and service availability.
- All Drama Subscriptions require a recurring payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Touch βn Go Auto Debit
- Auto-Renewal
- All Drama Subscriptions are auto renewed by default using the subscriberβs saved recurring payment method.
- By subscribing, the user authorizes Tune Talk to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee based on the userβs eligibility and plan category at the time of renewal.
- The renewal price may change if the user changes plan, becomes planless, ports in, or otherwise changes category before the next renewal date.
- Change of Plan or User Category
- If a user upgrades or downgrades their Tune Talk plan, the Drama Subscriptions will
remain active unless the renewal is cancelled in accordance with these Terms. - The renewal fee for the Drama Subscription shall be based on the plan or user category
active at the time of renewal. - A plan change does not by itself cancel the Drama Subscriptions or its auto renewal.
- If a user upgrades or downgrades their Tune Talk plan, the Drama Subscriptions will
- G1 and Planless Users
- For users in G1 or other eligible planless categories, the Drama Subscriptions may
continue to renew at the applicable planless pricing, subject to account status and
successful recurring payment. - Subscribers in G1 who have an active Drama Subscription may continue to access eligible
drama content for the duration of the active subscription period, subject to system and
account validity.
- For users in G1 or other eligible planless categories, the Drama Subscriptions may
- Expired SIMs and Port-Out
- If a subscriberβs SIM expires or the subscriber ports out from Tune Talk, the Drama
Subscription will not renew further and shall expire at the end of the then-current
subscription validity period. - Upon SIM expiry or port-out, access to drama content may be terminated as the account no
longer be valid or bound to a Tune Talk MSISDN. - The subscriber may also be logged out from the Tune Talk App.
- If a subscriberβs SIM expires or the subscriber ports out from Tune Talk, the Drama
- Failed Renewal
- If a subscription renewal payment fails for any reason, the Drama Subscription shall
automatically expire at the end of the current subscription cycle, unless otherwise
determined by Tune Talk.
- If a subscription renewal payment fails for any reason, the Drama Subscription shall
- Access Experience and User Journey
- Users on Epik+35, Epik+50, and App Free Version may view the Drama Subscription option
in the Tune Talk App and proceed with payment. - Other eligible users may be shown a paywall with a call-to-action to purchase the Drama
Subscription or to upgrade to an eligible plan where applicable. - Non-eligible users may be shown a paywall with a call-to-action to subscribe to an
eligible Tune Talk plan, including but not limited to Epik+35. - A user may view subscription-related information in the Tune Talk App, including where
made available:- Current active plan;
- Active add-on subscriptions;
- Drama Subscription status;
- Next payment date;
- Subscription price; and
- Payment method.
- Users may be able to view past Drama Subscription records through the History page or
such other page or section in the Tune Talk App as determined by Tune Talk.
- Users on Epik+35, Epik+50, and App Free Version may view the Drama Subscription option
- Points Earning Mechanism β Drama Viewing Activity
- Subscribers may earn Tune Talk Points through eligible drama viewing activities on the
Tune Talk App, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause. - Tune Talk Points shall be awarded based on the total accumulated duration of drama
viewing per day, calculated in accordance with the following mechanism:Drama Viewing Duration Points Earned Every 10 minutes viewed 1 Tune Talk Points - Drama viewing duration shall be accumulated within the same calendar day, and Tune Talk
Points shall be calculated based on the total eligible viewing time recorded for that
day. - The maximum number of Tune Talk Points that may be earned from drama viewing activities
is capped at two hundred (200) Points per Subscriber per day, regardless of total
viewing duration. - Points will only be credited for completed and eligible viewing activity that meets Tune
Talkβs system validation criteria within the applicable daily time frame. - Tune Talk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, withhold, void, or
revoke any Tune Talk Points earned from activities deemed to be automated, fraudulent,
abusive, manipulated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. - For the avoidance of doubt, Tune Talk Points earned from drama viewing activities do not
grant, extend, replace, or affect access to drama content, which remains strictly
subject to an active Drama Subscription.
- Subscribers may earn Tune Talk Points through eligible drama viewing activities on the
- Cancellation Policy
- Subscribers cannot cancel the Drama Subscription directly from the Tune
Talk App. - Cancellation requests must be made through Tune Talk Customer Support.
- Customer Support may assist the user in cancelling the auto-renewal of the Drama
Subscription. - Cancellation of auto-renewal will take effect for the
next renewal cycle. The subscriber will continue to enjoy access until
the end of the current paid subscription period. - Once the current subscription period ends, the Drama Subscription will expire unless
renewed successfully. - Where applicable, a cancellation confirmation email may be sent to the user after the
request has been processed. - No pro-rated refund, partial refund, cash refund, or credit refund shall be given for
any unused portion of the active Drama Subscription period upon cancellation of
auto-renewal.
- Subscribers cannot cancel the Drama Subscription directly from the Tune
- Notifications
- Tune Talk may send notifications related to the Drama Subscription, including but not
limited to:- Renewal reminder notifications approximately 24 hours before the renewal date;
- Renewal success notifications;
- Renewal failure notifications; and
- Cancellation confirmation of notifications or emails.
- Such notification may be delivered via push notification, email, in-app message, or any
other channel deemed appropriately by Tune Talk.
- Tune Talk may send notifications related to the Drama Subscription, including but not

on user category, subscription status, platform integration, device compatibility, network
conditions, and other operational considerations.- Access

- Points Earning Mechanism β Gameplay Activity
- Tune Talk Points shall be awarded based on the total accumulated duration of completed
gameplay per calendar day, in accordance with the following mechanism:Gameplay Duration Points Earned Every 5 minutes played 1 Tune Talk Points - Gameplay duration shall be accumulated within the same calendar day, and Tune Talk
Points shall be calculated based on the total eligible gameplay time recorded for that
day. - The maximum number of Tune Talk Points that may be earned from gameplay activities is
capped at one hundred (100) Points per Subscriber per day, regardless
of total gameplay duration. - Points will only be credited for legitimate and eligible gameplay activity that meets
Tune Talkβs system validation criteria within the applicable daily time frame. - Tune Talk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, retract, disqualify,
or revoke any Tune Talk Points earned from activities deemed to be automated,
fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. - For the avoidance of doubt, Tune Talk Points earned from gameplay activities do not
grant, extend, replace, or affect access to Drama Subscription content or any other paid
content or service, unless expressly stated otherwise by Tune Talk.
- Tune Talk Points shall be awarded based on the total accumulated duration of completed

- Points Earning Mechanics
- Subscribers may earn Tune Talk Points through Daily Check-In feature on the Tune Talk App, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause.
- Tune Talk Points shall be awarded based on the Userβs consecutive daily check-in activity, in accordance with the following mechanism:

- If the Subscriberβs fails to check in on any day, the check-in cycle may reset, and the Subscriber may require restart from day 1, unless otherwise determined by Tune Talk.
- Tune Talk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, withhold, void, or revoke any Tune Talk Points earned from check-in activities deemed to be automated, fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
- Points Earning Mechanics
- Content and Service Availability
- Content Access Drama content availability, accessibility, quality, ad experience, catalogue, games
features, and related service functionality may vary depending on user category,
subscription status, platform integration, device compatibility, network conditions, and
other operational considerations. - Service Changes Tune Talk reserves the right at any time to add, remove, replace, suspend, or modify any
drama content, games features, advertisements, access model, points mechanism, or service
component without prior notice. - Third-Party Content or Platform The Services may be powered by or integrated with third-party content platforms or service
providers appointed by Tune Talk. Use of such services may also be subject to the applicable
third partyβs platform rules, policies, or terms where relevant.
- Content Access
- Fees, Billing, and Refunds

- Subscription fees will be charged based on the plan or user category applicable at the
time of successful purchase or renewal. - The user is responsible for ensuring that their saved payment method remains valid,
active, and chargeable. - Users who successfully subscribe to the Drama Subscription service during the period
from 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2026 (both
dates inclusive) shall be eligible to receive one
(1) additional month of complimentary Drama Subscription, subject to
these Terms and any applicable campaign mechanics determined by Tune Talk.
- Subscription fees will be charged based on the plan or user category applicable at the

- All successful Drama Subscription charges, including initial subscription payments and
renewal charges, are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable
law or expressly approved by Tune Talk at its sole discretion.

- Reversals or Waivers The user agrees that they shall:
- provide accurate and complete information where required;
- maintain the confidentiality and security of their Tune Talk App account and payment
credentials; - not misuse the Services or the Tune Talk App;
- not attempting to circumvent any payment, entitlement, security, advertising, or access
control mechanism; and - comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Tune Talk policies in connection with
the use of the Services.
Any abuse, suspicious activity, fraud, unauthorized use, or breach of these Terms may result
in suspension or termination of access to the Services and/or other actions deemed
appropriate by Tune Talk.
- Billing
- Limitation of Liability
- The Drama Subscription service is provided on an βas isβ and
βas availableβ - Tune Talk makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the
uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non-infringement of the service. - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage,
claim, cost, or expense, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive, arising from or in connection with:- any interruption or unavailability of the service;
- failed or delayed subscription activation;
- failed renewal charges;
- content unavailability;
- login issues following SIM expiry or port-out;
- loss of access resulting from plan change, account status, or payment failure; or
- any act or omission by third-party service providers.
- The Drama Subscription service is provided on an βas isβ and
- Amendments, Suspension, and Termination
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, vary, update, suspend, or terminate the Drama
Subscription service or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, unless otherwise
required by law. - Continued use of the Drama Subscription service after any amendment shall constitute acceptance
of the revised Terms. - Tune Talk may suspend or terminate access to the service where necessary for maintenance,
operational, technical, security, regulatory, legal, commercial, or other valid reasons.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, vary, update, suspend, or terminate the Drama
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any
dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

- Tune Talkβs general terms and conditions of service;
- Tune Talkβs Privacy Notice or Privacy Policy;
- any applicable campaign, product, app, payment, or subscription-specific terms; and
- any applicable third-party partner terms relevant to the content platform or payment
arrangement.
- In the event of any inconsistency, tune Talk shall determine the applicable interpretation to
the extent permitted by law.
