These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Link & Earn! reward program (“Link & Earn!”) organized by Tune Talk Sdn Bhd (“Tune Talk”), which will commence on 5th August 2025.

1. Eligibility
   
   1. Link & Earn! program is open to all Tune Talk subscribers who:
      
      1. Have at least one (1) active mobile number under their Tune Talk account;
      2. Add a new debit or credit card as a payment method (previously added cards are not eligible);
      3. Set the added card as the default payment method;
      4. Enable auto-billing via the Tune Talk App.
   2. The debit/credit card must remain active and linked to the account for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days without being removed or changed.
   3. Only one (1) reward will be granted per Tune Talk account.
   4. The reward will be credited to the first active mobile number in the account, based on the earliest SIM activation date.
2. Reward Qualification
   
   1. To qualify for the reward under Link & Earn!:
      
      1. A new debit or credit card must be added via the Tune Talk App;
      2. The card must be set as the default payment method on the Manage Payment page;
      3. The Global Auto-Renewal toggle on the Manage Payment page must be turned ON;
      4. The card must remain active and unchanged for the full 30-day period.
   2. Upon fulfilling all the requirements, Tune Talk points will be awarded once per ID account.
3. Auto-Renewal Settings & Logic
   
   1. Link & Earn! relies on Tune Talk’s updated auto-renewal system, which includes two toggle controls:
      
      1. Global Auto-Renewal Toggle (Manage Payment Page):
         
         1. Governs auto-renewal behavior for all plans under the user’s account.
         2. When ON: All eligible plans will auto-renew via the saved debit/credit card.
         3. When OFF: Auto-renewal via card is disabled.
      2. Plan Auto-Renewal Toggle (Manage Plan Page):
         
         1. Available to users who previously used Tune Talk Credit-based renewals.
         2. When ON: Plan auto-renews using Tune Talk Credit.
         3. When OFF: Credit-based auto-renewal is disabled.
   2. Interaction Between Toggles:

      Note: The Global Auto-Renewal toggle takes priority when enabled.

4. Reward Terms
   
   1. Points awarded under Link & Earn! are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
   2. Tune Talk reserves the right to withhold or revoke the reward in the event of:
      
      1. Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive behavior;
      2. Adding and removing a card solely to obtain the reward;
      3. Use of invalid, stolen, or unauthorized card credentials.
5. General
   
   1. By participating in Link & Earn!, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
   2. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue Link & Earn! or its Terms at any time without prior notice.
   3. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from participation in Link & Earn!.
   4. All decisions by Tune Talk in connection with Link & Earn! are final, binding, and conclusive.
   5. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
