Campaign Period

This promotional campaign is valid from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026.

Eligibility

1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 years and above who:
   • Obtain a free Tune Talk SIM pack from any BHPetromart outlet nationwide; and
   • Successfully register and activate the SIM on either the Epik+ 50 or Epik+ 35 plan via the Tune Talk mobile application during the Campaign Period.

How to Participate and Qualify

1. Get Your FREE SIM Pack: Obtain a free Tune Talk SIM pack from any BHPetromart nationwide.
2. Activate Your Epik+ Plan: Register the SIM pack and activate your desired plan using the Tune Talk application: Epik+ 50 or Epik+ 35.
3. Receive Your BHPetrol eVoucher: Upon successful activation of your chosen Epik plan, you will instantly receive an BHPetrol eVoucher in your Tune Talk application:
   • Epik+ 50 activation rewards you with an RM5 BHPetrol eVoucher.
   • Epik+ 35 activation rewards you with an RM3 BHPetrol eVoucher.

BHPetrol eVoucher Redemption & Validity

1. Redemption Location: BHPetrol eVouchers can be redeemed at the BHPetromart counter.
2. BHPetrol eVoucher Validity: Each BHPetrol eVoucher is valid for one (1) month from the date of activation (matching the validity of your Epik plan).
3. Purchase Exclusions: You can use the RM 5 or RM 3 BHPetrol eVoucher for most purchases at BHPetromart, excluding the following items/services:
   • Top-up services
   • Car washes
   • Tobacco products
   • Utility bill payments
   • Fuel transactions (Note: Fuel purchases made with the BUDI95 prices and purchases of BHPetromart items must be made on separate receipts).
4. Non-Refundable Balance: If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the BHPetrol voucher, the remaining BHPetrol eVoucher balance will not be refunded.
5. Redemption Limit: Each customer is eligible to redeem a maximum of one (1) BHPetrol eVoucher (RM 5 or RM 3) per month against a minimum spend in a single receipt.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tune Talk and BHPetrol reserve the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
2. In the event of any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, Tune Talk and BHPetrol reserve the right to cancel any entitlement, disqualify the participant, and/or take legal action where necessary.
3. Tune Talk and BHPetrol reserve the right to substitute rewards, amend, modify, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. The decision of Tune Talk and BHPetrol on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
5. Rewards are given on an “as is” basis. Tune Talk and BHPetrol make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the eVouchers.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

1. By participating in this Campaign, participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by Tune Talk and BHPetrol for the purposes of administering this Campaign, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the respective companies’ privacy policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law :
   • Tune Talk and BHPetrol shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect, consequential, or incidental damages) arising from participation in this Campaign or use of the eVoucher.
   • Tune Talk and BHPetrol shall not be responsible for any technical issues, system errors, network interruptions, or third-party failures that may affect participation, qualification, or redemption under this Campaign.

GOVERNING LAW

1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
