TnG Sooka Campaign T&Cs
- Introduction
The “TnG Sooka Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is organized by Tune Talk Sdn Bhd (“Tune Talk”). By participating in this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Campaign Period
The Campaign shall commence on 30th April 2026 and end on 31st May 2026 (the “Campaign Period”), unless terminated earlier at the sole discretion of Tune Talk.
- Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all active Tune Talk subscribers who have not previously linked their Touch ‘n Go (TnG) account within the Tune Talk Selfcare App. Participants must be active subscribers of Tune Talk to qualify.
- Participation Mechanics
- Participants must successfully link their Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet account via the Tune Talk Selfcare App during the Campaign Period.
- Upon successful linking, Participants will be directed to participate in a skill-based game within the Tune Talk Selfcare App]
- Upon successful linking, the “Tap Tap Tap” game will be triggered within the Tune Talk Selfcare App interface. Participants are required to tap on the red circle and score a minimum of 50 points within 30 seconds to win one (1) month Sooka pass voucher. Each Participant is entitled to one (1) attempt only to play the game throughout the Campaign Period. The total number of Sooka pass voucher codes available for this Campaign is limited to 1,500 codes only, on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
- Participants who successfully meet the required score within the stipulated time will have the Sooka voucher code displayed at the end of the game.
- Participants who do not meet the required score within the stipulated time will not be entitled to receive the voucher.
- Rewards and Selection
- Eligible Participants who successfully score a minimum of 50 points within 30 seconds during the skill-based game will be entitled to receive one (1) month Sooka pass voucher, subject to voucher availability.
- The reward distribution for this Campaign is strictly determined based on the Participant’s performance and score in the skill-based game. For clarity, this Campaign does not involve any lucky draw, random selection, probability-based allocation, or chance-based reward mechanism.
- The result displayed at the end of the game shall be final and conclusive. Participants shall not be entitled to dispute the result, request for manual review, or claim any reward if the required score is not achieved within the stipulated time.
- Important Disclosures and User Responsibilities
- Non-Retrieval of Codes: The Sooka voucher code will be displayed at the end of the game only if the Participant successfully scores a minimum of 50 points within 30 seconds. The voucher codes are displayed on a one-time basis only. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to record, copy, or redeem the code immediately upon appearance. Tune Talk shall not be held liable for any lost, misplaced, copied incorrectly, dismissed, or unredeemed codes, and there will be no re-issuance of codes under any circumstances.
- Limitation of Liability: Tune Talk shall not be liable for any system failure, interruption, delay, device issue, network issue, app issue, or technical error which may affect the Participant’s ability to access, complete, or submit the game score.
- Third-Party Liability: The Sooka voucher is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Sooka. Tune Talk makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, usability, quality, content, or satisfaction of the third-party service.
- Anti-Fraud and Disqualification
- Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who, in Tune Talk’s sole discretion, is found or suspected to be tampering with the game, manipulating scores, using unauthorized tools, exploiting system errors, using multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity to obtain the reward.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any reward in such instances without prior notice.
- General Provisions
Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The decision of Tune Talk in all matters related to the Campaign is final and binding.
