Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Tune Talk Birthday Bash 2026 (“Programme” or “Event”) organised by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
- By attending the Event and/or participating in the Programme, an individual (“Attendee”) and/or a subscriber (“Subscriber” or “Customer”, as the case may be) shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall bear the meanings
set out below:
- “Attendee” means any individual who attends the Event;
- “Customer” means an existing Tune Talk prepaid customer who purchases a qualifying Epik+ 50 tenure plan for the purpose of the VIP Package under Clause 6.2;
- “Subscriber” means a new subscriber who subscribes to a qualifying Epik+ 50 tenure plan during the Campaign Period for the purpose of the New Subscriber Offer under Clause 4;
- “Epik+ 50” means Tune Talk’s Epik+ 50 prepaid plan, available in three (3)-month, six (6)-month and twelve (12)-month tenure options;
- “Event” means the Tune Talk Birthday Bash 2026 held on 15 and 16 August 2026 at the Venue;
- “Venue” means the Open Carpark, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur (opposite Sunway Resort Hotel);
- “Campaign Period” means the period from 15 July 2026 to 14 August 2026 (both dates inclusive);
- “Tune Talk App” means the official Tune Talk mobile application;
- “VIP Package” means the Benefit(s) described in Clause 6.2;
- “Benefit(s)” means any entitlement conferred on an Attendee, Subscriber and/or Customer under these Terms, including without limitation Event admission, VIP access, Meet & Greet entitlement, merchandise and prize entitlements.

Programme Period
- The Event shall be held from 12:00pm to 10:00pm daily on 15 and 16 August 2026 at the Venue.
- The Campaign Period applicable to the New Subscriber Offer under Clause 4 shall run from 15 July 2026 to 14 August 2026.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Event dates, the Campaign Period and/or the Venue at its discretion, subject to Clause 14.

Eligibility
- General Admission (“GA”) to the Event is free and open to members of the public, subject to Venue capacity, safety regulations and these Terms.
- All Attendees are required to register for and download the Tune Talk App upon entry, using their own valid mobile number.
- Attendees may be required to present a valid identification document for verification purposes. Verification, for VIP and prize-eligible Attendees whose particulars are already registered against the VIP/winner list, shall be conducted via identity card (IC) and/or the registered mobile number.
- Save for the Business Class Flight to Seoul prize referred to in Clause 3.5, all Attendees are eligible to participate in Event activities and stand a chance to win prizes.
- The Business Class Flight to Seoul prize is exclusively available to eligible Customers who purchase a qualifying Epik+ 50 tenure plan and obtain a VIP ticket prior to the Event, subject to the applicable campaign mechanics under Clause 4 and/or Clause 6.2, as applicable. - Children aged sixteen (16) years old and below must be accompanied by an adult.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to comply with these Terms or the Event’s entry requirements.

Promotion / Service Details – New Subscriber Offer
- The New Subscriber Offer is open to Subscribers who subscribe to a qualifying Epik+ 50 tenure plan (3-month, 6-month or 12-month tenure) during the Campaign Period.

In order to be eligible for Event admission and lucky draw entry under this Clause 4, a Subscriber must:
- obtain a SIM card via the Tune Talk website, Tune Talk App, Shopee or TikTok;
- activate the Epik+ 50 plan via the Tune Talk App;
- download and log in to the Tune Talk App; and
- click on the Birthday Bash campaign banner within the Tune Talk App and complete the accompanying survey.
- A Subscriber who satisfies Clause 4.2 shall be entitled to the Entry Admission Benefits set out in Clause 6.1 and shall be eligible to participate in the lucky draw set out in Clause 6.4.

Subscription / Activation
- SIM issuance and plan activation shall be conducted strictly in accordance with Tune Talk’s prevailing SIM registration and activation procedures.
- Tune Talk App registration is mandatory for all Attendees seeking Event entry and/or any Benefit entitlement, whether as a Subscriber under Clause 4 or a Customer under Clause 6.2.
- Internet connectivity and a compatible device are the sole responsibility of the Attendee, Subscriber or Customer, as the case may be. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any failure to register, activate or participate arising from such Attendee’s, Subscriber’s or Customer’s device or connectivity.
- An Attendee who is unable to complete Tune Talk App registration and/or activity participation shall not be entitled to merchandise under Clause 6.5. Merchandise redemption is on a first come, first served basis.

Benefit Entitlement

Entry Admission (New Subscriber Offer)

Eligible Subscribers under Clause 4 shall be entitled to access to the Event across both Event
days (15 and 16 August 2026), comprising:
- a Rockstar VIP wristband, issued separately for each day of attendance;
- Rockstar VIP zone access, for each day of attendance; and
- VIP lounge access, for each day of attendance.

Eligible Subscribers under Clause 4 shall be entitled to access to the Event across both Event
days (15 and 16 August 2026), comprising:

VIP Package (Epik+ 50 Purchase)
- The VIP Package is only available to Customers who purchase a qualifying Epik+ 50 tenure plan (3, 6 or 12 months), with prices starting from RM145.

Each eligible purchase entitles the Customer to access to the Event across both Event days (15
and 16 August 2026), comprising:
- one (1) Rockstar Zone VIP Pass, issued separately for each day of attendance;
- VIP Lounge access, for each day of attendance;
- one (1) Meet & Greet session with one (1) selected eligible headliner; and
- eligibility to participate in the Business Class Flight to Seoul prize draw, subject to the applicable campaign mechanics.
- The VIP Package is available while stocks last.

VIP Wristband Redemption
- Both the New Subscriber Offer under Clause 6.1 and the VIP Package under Clause 6.2 entitle the holder to access the Event across both Event days.
- A separate, dedicated wristband and/or pass shall be issued for each day of the Event. The Attendee must redeem the day-specific wristband and/or pass before accessing the VIP zone and/or VIP lounge on that day.
- Failure to redeem the dedicated wristband and/or pass for a given day may result in forfeiture of VIP zone and/or VIP lounge access for that day.

Lucky Draw Prizes (New Subscriber Offer)

Eligible Subscribers under Clause 4 stand a chance to win the following prizes, subject to a
total prize pool value of up to RM600,000:
- Meet & Greet with Noh Salleh and Priscilla Abby (shortlisted to 40 pax: 20 pax for Noh Salleh and 20 pax for Priscilla Abby);
- two (2) Business Class flight tickets to Seoul, Korea, worth RM15,000;
- one (1) Tineco S6, worth RM1,299;
- ten (10) Blindbox tees, worth RM2,000 in aggregate;
- two (2) Sunway Lagoon Annual Passes, valid for one (1) year;
- six (6) Sunway Lost World of Tambun admission tickets, valid for six (6) months;
- two (2) Habib Cat Collection 999.9 Gold Wafers;
- one (1) Honor Pad X9a, worth RM1,199; and
- two (2) Huawei Watch Fit 4, worth RM599 each (as at December 2025).
- The Business Class Flight to Seoul prize referred to in Clause 6.4(a)(ii) constitutes a single, shared prize pool of two (2) tickets in total. Eligible Subscribers under Clause 4 and eligible Customers under Clause 6.2 shall compete for the same shared pool of two (2) tickets, and not for separate or additional pools.
- No reserve list or waitlist shall be maintained for the Meet & Greet shortlisting under Clause 6.4(a)(i). Where a shortlisted participant is unable to attend, no replacement participant shall be substituted.

Eligible Subscribers under Clause 4 stand a chance to win the following prizes, subject to a

Merchandise
- Merchandise redemption is limited to 1,000 units per day and is available while stocks last.=
- Redemption is on a first come, first served basis, limited to one (1) redemption per eligible Attendee unless otherwise specified.
- Merchandise cannot be exchanged for cash, and no replacement will be provided for lost or damaged redeemed merchandise. Merchandise designs may vary.

Entry Admission (New Subscriber Offer)

Validity
- All Benefits under these Terms are valid only for the duration of the Event, being 15 to 16 August 2026, unless otherwise stated.
- Benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, save where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.
- Lost VIP wristbands or passes will not be replaced.

Charges and Payment
- Epik+ 50 tenure plans eligible for the VIP Package are priced from RM145, in accordance with Tune Talk’s prevailing pricing for the 3-month, 6-month and 12-month tenures respectively.
- Food and beverages at the Event are sold by participating third-party vendors. Prices for such food and beverages are determined solely by the respective vendors, and Tune Talk shall not be responsible for such pricing.
- No cash alternative shall be provided in lieu of any Benefit or prize, save where otherwise expressly stated by Tune Talk.

Customer Responsibilities
- Attendees, Subscribers and Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device and adequate internet connectivity to complete Tune Talk App registration and to participate in Event activities.
- Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings while at the Event.
- Attendees must comply with all instructions issued by security personnel and Tune Talk’s event organisers.
- Attendees must present a valid identification document upon request for verification purposes, including for prize collection. Such verification shall be conducted via identity card (IC) and/or the registered mobile number against the pre-registered VIP/winner list.

Restrictions / Exclusions

The following are strictly prohibited at the Event:
- illegal substances;
- dangerous items or weapons;
- alcohol;
- disruptive behaviour;
- professional cameras, unless authorised by Tune Talk; and
- drones, unless authorised by Tune Talk.
- Photography and recording during Meet & Greet sessions are subject to the relevant artist’s management policies.
- Employees of Tune Talk, its appointed event agencies, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participating in the prize draw(s) under Clause 6.4, where applicable.
- Tune Talk shall not be responsible for food quality, allergies or dietary requirements arising from food or beverages purchased from participating vendors.
- Vendor participation at the Event is subject to change without prior notice.

The following are strictly prohibited at the Event:

Suspension / Termination
- Tune Talk reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any individual who fails to comply with these Terms, without compensation.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel Meet & Greet sessions due to artist availability, safety requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to postpone, cancel or modify the Event, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy
- Personal information collected from Attendees, Subscribers and Customers shall be processed in accordance with Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy.
- Such information may be used for Event administration, identity verification and prize fulfilment purposes.

General Terms
- The Event may be photographed and/or recorded by Tune Talk. By attending the Event, an Attendee consents to being photographed, filmed or recorded, and to Tune Talk’s use of such materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, nor for any injury, except where required by law.
- The Event programme, artist line-up, schedule and activities are subject to change without prior notice. Artist appearances are subject to availability, and Event timing may be amended.
- Winners of any prize draw under these Terms shall be selected in accordance with the applicable campaign mechanism and may be required to present proof of identity. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and unclaimed prizes after the stipulated period shall be forfeited.

Tune Talk Rights
- Tune Talk reserves the right to substitute any prize under these Terms with an item of equivalent value.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Tune Talk reserves all other rights expressly stated elsewhere in these Terms, including without limitation its rights under Clauses 3.7, 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3.

Governing Terms
- In the event of any dispute, Tune Talk’s decision shall be final and binding.
- Participation in the Event and/or the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- These Terms shall be read together with, and are subject to, Tune Talk’s prevailing Privacy Policy and general Terms of Service.
