Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the redemption and use of the ShopeeVIP voucher (“ShopeeVIP Voucher”) made available to eligible Tune Talk subscribers through the Tune Talk App.

By redeeming the ShopeeVIP Voucher, the Subscriber agrees to be bound by:

these Terms;
the Tune Talk Rewards Terms and Conditions; and
any applicable terms and conditions imposed by Shopee.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Tune Talk Rewards Terms and Conditions in relation to the ShopeeVIP Voucher, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Promotion Period
1. The ShopeeVIP Voucher shall be available from 7 July 2026 until further notice (“Promotion Period”), subject to voucher availability.
2. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms.
Eligibility
1. The ShopeeVIP Voucher is available to eligible Tune Talk subscribers who fall within either of the following categories:
  1. an Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber; or
  2. an Other Epik+ Plan Subscriber.
2. An “Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber” means a Subscriber who has successfully subscribed to any of the following Tune Talk plans:
  1. Epik+ 50;
  2. Epik+ Family Safe; or
  3. Epik+ Family.
3. An “Other Epik+ Plan Subscriber” means a Subscriber who has successfully subscribed to an Epik+ plan other than the plans listed under Clause 2.2.
4. To redeem the ShopeeVIP Voucher, the Subscriber must:
  1. have an active Tune Talk account;
  2. have access to the Tune Talk App; and
  3. have successfully subscribed to the applicable Epik+ plan.
5. Only an Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber shall be entitled to redeem the ShopeeVIP Voucher for free, subject to the redemption limit under Clause 3.
6. Eligibility shall be determined based on Tune Talk’s records. Tune Talk’s determination on a Subscriber’s eligibility shall be final and conclusive, except in the case of manifest error.
ShopeeVIP Voucher Entitlement
1. Subject to these Terms:
  1. an Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber may redeem one (1) ShopeeVIP Voucher for free through the Tune Talk App; and
  2. an Other Epik+ Plan Subscriber may redeem one (1) ShopeeVIP Voucher using Tune Talk Points.
2. The free ShopeeVIP Voucher entitlement is limited to one (1) redemption per Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber per calendar month.
3. An Other Epik+ Plan Subscriber must use one thousand four hundred (1,400) Tune Talk Points to redeem one (1) ShopeeVIP Voucher.
4. Any unused monthly entitlement shall not be carried forward to the following calendar month.
5. The ShopeeVIP Voucher is personal to the Subscriber and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, exchanged for cash or converted into any other reward or benefit.
6. The redemption and use of the ShopeeVIP Voucher shall be subject to Shopee’s applicable terms and conditions.
Redemption by Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscribers
1. An Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber may access the ShopeeVIP Voucher through the relevant banner displayed on the Tune Talk App homepage.
2. Upon selecting the banner, the Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber will be directed to the applicable offer details page.
3. No Tune Talk Points shall be required for redemption by an Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber.
4. The free ShopeeVIP Voucher may only be redeemed after the Subscriber has successfully subscribed to an Eligible Epik+ Plan.
5. Upon successful redemption, the ShopeeVIP Voucher will be made available to the Subscriber under the “My Rewards” section of the Tune Talk App.
6. Each Eligible Epik+ Plan Subscriber may only redeem one (1) free ShopeeVIP Voucher per calendar month.
Redemption by Other Epik+ Plan Subscribers
1. An Other Epik+ Plan Subscriber may access the ShopeeVIP Voucher by selecting the “Redeem Points” tile on the Tune Talk App homepage.
2. Upon selecting the ShopeeVIP Voucher, the Other Epik+ Plan Subscriber will be directed to the applicable offer details page.
3. Redemption shall only be successful where the Other Epik+ Plan Subscriber has at least one thousand four hundred (1,400) Tune Talk Points in their Tune Talk account at the time of redemption.
4. Upon confirmation of the redemption request, one thousand four hundred (1,400) Tune Talk Points shall be deducted from the Subscriber’s Tune Talk account.
5. Upon successful redemption, the ShopeeVIP Voucher will be made available to the Subscriber under the “My Rewards” section of the Tune Talk App.
6. A redemption request may not be cancelled once it has been successfully confirmed and the applicable Tune Talk Points have been deducted.
Access to the Redeemed ShopeeVIP Voucher
1. Upon successful redemption, the Subscriber may access the ShopeeVIP Voucher under the “Available Rewards” tab within the “My Rewards” section of the Tune Talk App.
2. The ShopeeVIP Voucher shall remain available for activation for thirty (30) days from the date of successful redemption (“Voucher Validity Period”).
3. The Subscriber must activate the ShopeeVIP Voucher within the Voucher Validity Period.
4. Any ShopeeVIP Voucher that is not activated within the Voucher Validity Period shall automatically expire.
5. An expired ShopeeVIP Voucher shall not be reinstated, extended, replaced, exchanged or refunded.
6. Tune Talk shall not be responsible for reminding the Subscriber of the expiry of the Voucher Validity Period.
Voucher Activation and Code Validity
1. To activate the ShopeeVIP Voucher, the Subscriber must:
  1. open the ShopeeVIP Voucher under the “My Rewards” section of the Tune Talk App;
  2. swipe right to activate the ShopeeVIP Voucher; and
  3. confirm the activation when prompted.
2. Once the ShopeeVIP Voucher has been activated, the relevant voucher code will be displayed in the Tune Talk App.
3. The Subscriber shall have ten (10) minutes from the time of activation to use the displayed voucher code (“Code Validity Period”).
4. Once activated, the Code Validity Period cannot be paused, extended, restarted or reactivated.
5. The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that they are ready to copy and use the voucher code before activating the ShopeeVIP Voucher.
6. A voucher code that is not used within the Code Validity Period shall automatically expire and shall not be replaced, reinstated or reissued, except where the failure is caused by a verified technical error attributable to Tune Talk.
Use of the Voucher Code
1. The Subscriber must follow the redemption instructions displayed in the Tune Talk App, which may include:
  1. copying the voucher code;
  2. downloading, opening or accessing the Shopee App;
  3. proceeding to the applicable ShopeeVIP redemption page; and
  4. entering or pasting the voucher code in the relevant field.
2. The voucher code may only be used to redeem the applicable free ShopeeVIP offering made available by Shopee.
3. Each voucher code may only be used once, unless otherwise expressly stated.
4. The voucher code may not be transferred, sold, reproduced, exchanged for cash or used for any unauthorised or fraudulent purpose.
5. The Subscriber shall be responsible for ensuring that:
  1. the voucher code is entered accurately;
  2. the Subscriber has a valid and active Shopee account;
  3. the Subscriber complies with Shopee’s applicable requirements; and
  4. the Subscriber completes the redemption process within the Code Validity Period.
6. Any issue relating to the Subscriber’s Shopee account, Shopee App or use of the ShopeeVIP Voucher on Shopee’s platform shall be subject to Shopee’s applicable terms, conditions and support procedures.
Tune Talk Points and Failed Redemption
1. Tune Talk Points deducted for a successful redemption shall not be refundable, reinstated or exchanged, except where the redemption fails due to a verified technical error attributable to Tune Talk.
2. Tune Talk shall not be responsible for any unsuccessful redemption or use of the ShopeeVIP Voucher arising from:
  1. insufficient Tune Talk Points;
  2. an inactive, barred, suspended or terminated Tune Talk account;
  3. the Subscriber’s failure to successfully subscribe to the applicable Epik+ plan;
  4. the expiry of the ShopeeVIP Voucher or voucher code;
  5. the Subscriber’s failure to follow the redemption or activation instructions;
  6. an incorrect or incomplete voucher code entry;
  7. an issue relating to the Subscriber’s device, internet connection, Shopee account or Shopee App;
  8. the voucher code having already been used; or
  9. any act, omission, restriction, system issue or requirement attributable to Shopee or any third party.
3. Where a redemption fails, the Subscriber may contact Tune Talk Customer Care for assistance.
4. Any reinstatement of Tune Talk Points or replacement of the ShopeeVIP Voucher shall be subject to Tune Talk’s verification and shall only apply where the failed redemption is attributable to a verified technical error on Tune Talk’s part.
5. Tune Talk’s records relating to the redemption transaction and deduction of Tune Talk Points shall be final and conclusive, except in the case of manifest error.
Voucher Availability
1. The ShopeeVIP is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
2. Tune Talk does not guarantee that the ShopeeVIP Voucher will remain available throughout the Promotion Period.
3. Where the ShopeeVIP Voucher is unavailable, exhausted, suspended or discontinued, Tune Talk shall not be obliged to provide a replacement voucher, alternative reward, cash payment or compensation.
Limitation of Responsibility
1. Tune Talk only facilitates the redemption and issuance of the ShopeeVIP Voucher through the Tune Talk App.
2. ShopeeVIP and the corresponding products, services and benefits are provided and operated by Shopee. Tune Talk does not own, operate or control the Shopee platform or ShopeeVIP service.
3. To the extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be responsible or liable for:
  1. the availability, quality, performance or suitability of ShopeeVIP;
  2. any interruption, delay, error or failure relating to the Shopee App or Shopee’s systems;
  3. any suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of ShopeeVIP by Shopee;
  4. the Subscriber’s inability to use the ShopeeVIP Voucher due to Shopee’s account requirements or restrictions; or
  5. any loss arising from the Subscriber’s disclosure, transfer or misuse of the voucher code.
4. Tune Talk makes no representation or warranty regarding Shopee’s fulfilment of the ShopeeVIP benefit. Any refusal, failure or delay by Shopee to accept or honour a validly issued voucher code shall be resolved exclusively between the Subscriber and Shopee.
5. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendment, Suspension and Termination
1. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend these Terms, the redemption mechanics, the number of Tune Talk Points required, the participating plans, the Voucher Validity Period, the Promotion Period or any other aspect of the ShopeeVIP Voucher offering by providing reasonable notice through the Tune Talk App, Tune Talk’s official website or any other appropriate communication channel.
2. Tune Talk may suspend, withdraw or terminate the ShopeeVIP Voucher offering where reasonably necessary due to:
  1. voucher unavailability;
  2. technical or operational issues;
  3. suspected fraud or misuse;
  4. changes imposed by Shopee;
  5. legal or regulatory requirements; or
  6. circumstances beyond Tune Talk’s reasonable control.
3. Any amendment, suspension, withdrawal or termination shall not affect ShopeeVIP Vouchers that have already been successfully redeemed, unless otherwise required due to fraud, misuse, technical necessity, legal requirements or circumstances beyond Tune Talk’s reasonable control.
Fraud and Misuse
1. Tune Talk reserves the right to reject, cancel or invalidate a redemption where Tune Talk reasonably suspects:
  1. fraud, abuse or manipulation of the redemption process;
  2. multiple or duplicate redemptions beyond the permitted monthly limit;
  3. unauthorised access to a Tune Talk account;
  4. the sale, transfer or unauthorised distribution of a voucher code;
  5. any breach of these Terms.
2. Tune Talk may suspend the Subscriber’s access to Tune Talk Rewards or take any other action permitted under the Tune Talk Rewards Terms and Conditions where fraud or misuse is established.
General
1. These Terms shall be read together with:
  1. the Tune Talk Rewards Terms and Conditions;
  2. the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions;
  3. the applicable Epik+ plan terms and conditions; and
  4. Shopee’s applicable terms and conditions.
2. The use of the Tune Talk App and processing of the Subscriber’s personal data shall be subject to Tune Talk’s Privacy Notice and applicable privacy terms.
3. The Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tune Talk from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Subscriber’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the ShopeeVIP voucher on Shopee’s platform.
4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
5. Tune Talk’s failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right.
6. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
7. Any matter not expressly provided for under these Terms shall be determined by Tune Talk, subject to applicable law.
