Campaign Period

1. The Campaign shall commence on 31^st July 2026 and shall continue until terminated, extended, varied, suspended, or cancelled at the sole discretion of Tune Talk.

Eligibility

1. This Campaign is open only to selected Tune Talk subscribers who:
   1. Have been identified by Tune Talk as eligible Mingguan plan subscribers during the Campaign Period;
   2. Receive campaign communication from Tune Talk relating to this Campaign;
   3. Purchase an eligible plan via the Tune Talk Selfcare App during the Campaign Period.
2. Only subscribers specifically targeted and notified by Tune Talk for this Campaign shall be eligible to participate.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine, verify, and validate the eligibility of any Participant, including but not limited to the Participant’s subscription history, purchase records, campaign eligibility, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Participation Mechanics

1. To participate in the Campaign, eligible Participants must:
   1. Successfully purchase either an Epik+ 28 or Epik+ 35 plan via the Tune Talk Selfcare App during the Campaign Period.
2. Only purchases made through the Tune Talk Selfcare App shall qualify for this Campaign.
3. Purchases of any other Tune Talk plans shall not qualify for this Campaign.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, purchases of Epik+ 50 are excluded from this Campaign as the ShopeeVIP subscription benefit is already bundled with the Epik+ 50 plan.
5. Upon successful purchase of an eligible plan, a reward box (“Gift Box”) will be triggered and displayed within the Tune Talk Selfcare App.
6. Participants must answer one (1) skill-based question presented within the Tune Talk Selfcare App.
7. Only Participants who answer the question correctly will be eligible to receive and reveal the reward assigned to their account.
8. Participants who answer the question incorrectly shall not be entitled to receive any reward under this Campaign.
9. Each eligible Participant is entitled to receive only one (1) ShopeeVIP subscription reward throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of eligible purchases made.

Rewards and Redemption

1. Eligible Participants who successfully fulfill all Campaign requirements and correctly answer the skill-based question will be entitled to receive one (1) ShopeeVIP subscription reward, subject to availability.
2. Rewards are limited to a total allocation of [X] ShopeeVIP subscription rewards throughout the Campaign Period and shall be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
3. Once the allocated rewards have been fully redeemed or exhausted, no further rewards shall be issued regardless of whether a Participant has completed the Campaign requirements.
4. The ShopeeVIP subscription reward will be displayed within the Tune Talk Selfcare App upon successful completion of the participation requirements and correct answer submission.
5. The result displayed within the Tune Talk Selfcare App shall be final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence, appeal, review, or dispute regarding the reward outcome will be entertained.

Important Disclosures and User Responsibilities

1. Non-Retrieval of Reward
   1. The ShopeeVIP subscription reward will be displayed within the Tune Talk Selfcare App on a one-time basis only.
   2. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to record, copy, save, or redeem the reward immediately upon display.
   3. Tune Talk shall not be responsible for any lost, expired, incorrectly copied, dismissed, deleted, or unredeemed reward. No replacement, reissuance, or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Verification and Qualification
   1. Tune Talk reserves the right to verify all purchase transactions, subscriber eligibility, campaign eligibility, and participation records before awarding any reward.
   2. Any Participant found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, manipulated the Campaign mechanics, attempted fraudulent participation, or provided inaccurate information may be disqualified without prior notice, and any reward awarded may be revoked.
3. Limitation of Liability
   1. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, failure, omission, system malfunction, application issue, device issue, internet connectivity issue, payment processing issue, or technical problem that may affect participation in the Campaign or the redemption of the reward.
   2. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any inability of a Participant to participate due to account restrictions, device incompatibility, application version issues, or circumstances beyond Tune Talk’s reasonable control.
4. Third-Party Liability
   1. The ShopeeVIP subscription reward is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Shopee and/or the relevant reward provider.
   2. Tune Talk makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, acceptance, usability, functionality, quality, or performance of the ShopeeVIP subscription or any third-party services associated with the reward.
   3. Tune Talk shall not be responsible for any rejection, suspension, expiration, or limitation relating to the redemption or use of the ShopeeVIP subscription reward by the third-party provider.

General

1. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, modify, vary, suspend, extend, terminate, or cancel the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Tune Talk reserves the right to substitute the ShopeeVIP subscription reward with another reward of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Participation in this Campaign constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Tune Talk in relation to the Campaign.
4. All decisions made by Tune Talk relating to the Campaign, including but not limited to eligibility, qualification, participation records, reward entitlement, and reward distribution, shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
5. In the event of any inconsistency between any promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
