Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Introduction
1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Tune Talk Birthday Bash 2026 (“Event”) organised by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. By attending the Event and/or participating in any activity, promotion, redemption or lucky draw conducted in connection with the Event, an individual (“Attendee”) and/or Tune Talk customer (“Customer”), as applicable, shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
3. In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
  1. “Attendee” means any individual who attends the Event;
  2. “Customer” means an existing or new Tune Talk prepaid user participating in any eligible Event activity;
  3. “Epik+ 50 Plan” means Tune Talk’s prevailing Epik+ 50 prepaid plan;
  4. “Event” means the Tune Talk Birthday Bash 2026 held on 15 and 16 August 2026;
  5. “Venue” means the Open Carpark, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, opposite Sunway Resort Hotel;
  6. “Tune Talk App” means the official Tune Talk mobile application;
  7. “Rockstar Zone Wristband” means the wristband issued for access to the designated Rockstar Zone for the applicable Event day;
  8. “Stamp Card” means the Event participation card used to record completion of designated Event activities;
  9. “Benefit(s)” means any entitlement, prize, gift, merchandise, wristband, access privilege or other reward made available in connection with the Event;
  10. “Subscriber” means a new Tune Talk subscriber who subscribes to the Epik+ 50 Plan during the Campaign Period for the purpose of the New Subscriber Offer under Clause 4;
  11. “Campaign Period” means the period from 15 July 2026 to 14 August 2026, both dates inclusive; and
  12. “New Subscriber Offer” means the promotion described in Clause 4 under which eligible Subscribers may qualify for the Business Class Flight to Seoul lucky draw.
Event and Campaign Period
1. The Event shall be held on 15 and 16 August 2026, from 12:00pm to 10:00pm daily at the Venue.
2. The Campaign Period applicable to the New Subscriber Offer shall run from 15 July 2026 to 14 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Event date, time, Venue, programme and/or activities where reasonably necessary.
General Admission and Eligibility
1. General admission to the Event is free and open to members of the public, subject to Venue capacity, safety requirements and these Terms.
2. Both Tune Talk and non-Tune Talk users may attend the Event.
3. Attendees may be required to download, register and/or log in to the Tune Talk App to participate in selected Event activities, promotions, redemptions or lucky draws.
4. Attendees may be required to present a valid identification document, registered mobile number and/or Tune Talk App account for verification purposes.
5. Children aged sixteen (16) years old and below must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Tune Talk reserves the right to refuse entry to or participation by any individual who fails to comply with these Terms or any Event instructions.
New Subscriber Offer – Business Class Flight to Seoul
1. The New Subscriber Offer is open only to new Tune Talk subscribers who subscribe to the Epik+ 50 Plan during the Campaign Period.
2. To qualify for the Business Class Flight to Seoul lucky draw, an eligible Subscriber must:
  1. subscribe to and successfully activate the Epik+ 50 Plan during the Campaign Period; and
  2. attend the Tune Talk Birthday Bash 2026 on either 15 or 16 August 2026.
3. Eligible Subscribers may be required to complete such verification process as determined by Tune Talk at the Event to confirm their eligibility for the lucky draw.
4. Eligible Subscribers who satisfy the requirements under this Clause shall stand a chance to win two (2) Business Class flight tickets to Seoul, Korea, which shall constitute one (1) grand prize.
5. The grand prize winner shall be selected only from the pool of eligible Subscribers who have satisfied the requirements under this Clause.
6. The grand prize winner shall be selected within seven (7) business days after the Event ends.
7. Subscription to the Epik+ 50 Plan does not guarantee selection as the grand prize winner.
On-Ground Stamp Card and Lucky Draw
1. Separately from the New Subscriber Offer under Clause 4, Attendees may participate in the on-ground lucky draw during the Event by completing the designated Stamp Card activities.
2. To qualify for the on-ground lucky draw, an Attendee must collect all five (5) required stamps.
3. The designated activities may include:
  1. logging in to the Tune Talk App;
  2. completing an activity at the Tune Talk booth;
  3. participating in a designated photo activity;
  4. participating in a designated game activity; and
  5. completing the applicable goodie redemption activity.
4. Upon collecting all five (5) stamps, the Attendee must proceed to the designated final station and provide the required information to complete the lucky draw entry.
5. Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or unverifiable entries may be rejected by Tune Talk.
6. Completion of the Stamp Card qualifies the Attendee to participate in the applicable on-ground lucky draw only and does not guarantee a prize.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Business Class Flight to Seoul grand prize under Clause 4 does not form part of the on-ground Stamp Card lucky draw under this Clause 5.
Epik+ 50 On-Ground Activation
1. The Epik+ 50 on-ground activation is available to eligible Customers who subscribe to the Epik+ 50 Plan during the Event period at the Venue.
2. The Epik+ 50 Plan is priced at RM50 unless otherwise stated by Tune Talk.
3. Subject to availability and verification, eligible Customers may receive:
  1. one (1) Foldable Grocery Bag; and
  2. one (1) Rockstar Zone Wristband for the applicable Event day.
4. Foldable Grocery Bags are limited to fifty (50) units per Event day, while stocks last.
5. All Benefits are strictly subject to availability and first come, first served basis.
6. Subscription does not guarantee any Benefit once allocation is exhausted.
Rockstar Zone Wristband Redemption
1. Customers must present proof of active Epik+ 50 Plan via the Tune Talk App to redeem a wristband.
2. Each eligible Customer is entitled to one (1) wristband per Event day, subject to availability.
3. Wristbands are valid only for the specific Event day issued and are not transferable.
4. Separate verification is required for each Event day.
5. Wristbands are strictly limited and while stocks last.
6. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
7. Tune Talk reserves the right to reject redemption for any reason including invalid eligibility or suspected misuse.
Claw Machine Activity
1. Attendees may participate by completing the required social media task at the Event.
2. Requirements:
  1. take a photo with food or drink and visible Tune Talk branding;
  2. post on social media;
  3. tag official Tune Talk/Event account and hashtag;
  4. show proof to Event crew.
3. Upon verification, one (1) token will be issued per eligible Attendee.
4. Tokens allow participation in the Claw Machine activity only.
5. Winning is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Prize Pool and Prize Conditions
1. The total prize pool for the Tune Talk Birthday Bash 2026 is RM160,000, comprising prizes offered under the New Subscriber Offer and the applicable on-ground Event activities and lucky draws.
2. The Business Class Flight to Seoul grand prize is subject exclusively to the eligibility requirements under Clause 4.
3. All other lucky draw prizes offered on-ground shall be subject to the applicable Event participation mechanics communicated by Tune Talk.
4. The prizes may include:
  1. Meet & Greet opportunities;
  2. electronic devices;
  3. merchandise;
  4. attraction or theme park passes;
  5. gold wafers; and
  6. such other prizes as may be announced by Tune Talk.
5. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that is incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, tampered with or otherwise does not comply with these Terms.
7. Tune Talk reserves the right to substitute a prize with another item of equivalent value where reasonably necessary.
Meet & Greet
1. Limited to selected participants and subject to availability.
2. Up to forty (40) participants may be shortlisted:
  1. 20 for Noh Salleh
  2. 20 for Priscilla Abby
3. No replacement or waitlist will be provided.
4. Tune Talk may modify or cancel sessions due to operational or artist requirements.
Merchandise and On-Ground Gifts
1. All items are available while stocks last.
2. One (1) unit per eligible Attendee unless stated otherwise.
3. Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
4. Design, colour, and availability may vary.
Attendee Responsibilities
1. Attendees must ensure device compatibility and connectivity.
2. All information provided must be accurate.
3. Attendees are responsible for their belongings and redeemed items.
4. Attendees must follow all Event instructions.
Restrictions
1. Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, drones (without approval), and alcohol (unless permitted).
2. Tune Talk may remove any individual for safety or misconduct reasons.
3. Employees and related parties may be restricted from certain activities.
Personal Data
1. Data collected will be used for Event administration, verification, redemption, and prize fulfilment.
2. Data is processed in accordance with Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy.
Photography and Publicity
1. The Event may be recorded and used for promotional purposes.
2. Attendees consent to such usage by attending the Event.
Changes and Cancellation
1. Tune Talk may modify, suspend, or cancel the Event or any activity at its discretion.
2. Changes will be communicated via official channels where possible.
General Terms
1. Participation is at own risk.
2. Tune Talk is not liable for loss or damage except where required by law.
3. All decisions by Tune Talk are final.
4. These Terms are governed by Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
5. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
