These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Purchase, Link/Save Card & Get Ad-Free Drama Campaign (“Campaign”) organised by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”).

By participating in this Campaign, eligible subscribers (“Participants”) are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Period
   1. The Campaign shall commence on [Campaign Start Date] and shall continue until further notice, unless otherwise extended, varied, suspended or terminated by Tune Talk (“Campaign Period”).
   2. Any participation or completion of the Campaign requirements outside the Campaign Period shall not qualify for the Campaign reward.
2. Eligible Plans
   1. For the purpose of this Campaign, the following Tune Talk prepaid plans purchased via the Tune Talk App shall be considered eligible (“Eligible Plans”):
      1. Epik+ 28,
      2. Epik+ 35, and
      3. Epik+ 50
   2. Tune Talk may revise the Eligible Plans from time to time subject to applicable requirements and availability.
3. Eligibility
   1. The Campaign is open only to selected Tune Talk subscribers who:
      1. are identified by Tune Talk as inactive subscribers (“G1 users”) during the Campaign Period;
      2. receive communication from Tune Talk informing them of their eligibility to participate in the Campaign; and
      3. are assigned by Tune Talk to either Group A or Group B based on their account status before participating in the Campaign.
   2. The eligible groups are as follows:
      1. Group A – Non-Linked Touch ‘n Go eWallet Users
         • Subscribers who have not linked their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account via the Tune Talk App prior to participating in the Campaign.
      2. Group B – Linked Touch ‘n Go eWallet Users
         • Subscribers who have successfully linked their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account via the Tune Talk App but have not saved an eligible payment card as a payment method within the Tune Talk App prior to participating in the Campaign.
   3. Only subscribers specifically selected and notified by Tune Talk shall be eligible to participate.
   4. Each Participant may qualify under one (1) Campaign group only, based on the Participant’s account status as determined by Tune Talk.
   5. Tune Talk reserves the right to verify a Participant’s eligibility, including the Participant’s subscriber status, campaign targeting status, Touch ‘n Go eWallet linking status, saved payment card status, Eligible Plan purchase and other relevant participation records.
4. Campaign Mechanics
   1. Group A – Non-Linked Touch ‘n Go eWallet Users
      1. To qualify for the Campaign reward, an eligible Group A Participant must complete both of the following requirements during the Campaign Period:
         • successfully purchase one (1) Eligible Plan via the Tune Talk App; and
         • successfully link their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account through the Tune Talk App.
   2. Group B – Linked Touch ‘n Go eWallet Users
      1. To qualify for the Campaign reward, an eligible Group B Participant must complete both of the following requirements during the Campaign Period:
         • successfully purchase one (1) Eligible Plan via the Tune Talk App; and
         • successfully save an eligible payment card as a payment method within the Tune Talk App.
   3. Participants must successfully complete all requirements applicable to their assigned Campaign group to qualify for the reward.
   4. Each eligible Participant is entitled to qualify for the Campaign reward once only throughout the Campaign Period, unless otherwise determined by Tune Talk.
   5. Completion of only part of the applicable Campaign requirements shall not entitle the Participant to any reward.
5. Campaign Reward
   1. Eligible Participants who successfully complete all Campaign requirements applicable to their assigned group shall be entitled to receive Ad-Free Drama access (“Reward”), subject to availability.
   2. The Reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis while the allocated rewards last.
   3. Once the allocated Rewards have been fully exhausted, no further Reward shall be issued even if a Participant subsequently completes all applicable Campaign requirements.
   4. Participants who complete the Campaign requirements after the Reward allocation has been exhausted shall not be entitled to any replacement reward, cash, credit, refund or other alternative benefit.
   5. Tune Talk shall determine the total Reward allocation, availability and distribution mechanism for the Campaign.
6. Reward Provisioning and Validity
   1. The Reward will be automatically provisioned to eligible Participants through Tune Talk’s systems upon successful completion and verification of the applicable Campaign requirements.
   2. No manual redemption or additional claim is required from the Participant.
   3. The Reward shall be reflected within the Tune Talk App, subject to successful system processing.
   4. Tune Talk will use reasonable efforts to provision the Reward as soon as practicable after a Participant has fulfilled all applicable Campaign requirements. However, minor processing or system delays may occur.
   5. Participants are encouraged to use the latest version of the Tune Talk App to ensure that their Reward entitlement is displayed correctly.
   6. The Ad-Free Drama access granted under this Campaign shall remain valid for the validity period of the Eligible Plan purchased to qualify for the Campaign.
   7. Upon expiry of the applicable Eligible Plan, the Ad-Free Drama access granted under this Campaign shall automatically expire unless otherwise determined by Tune Talk.
7. Verification and Disqualification
   1. Tune Talk reserves the right to verify any information or records relevant to a Participant’s qualification, including but not limited to:
      1. subscriber and inactivity status;
      2. Campaign targeting records;
      3. Eligible Plan purchase records;
      4. Touch ‘n Go eWallet linking status;
      5. saved payment card status; and
      6. Campaign participation and Reward provisioning records.
   2. Tune Talk may disqualify a Participant and/or revoke any Reward where Tune Talk reasonably determines that the Participant:
      1. has breached these Terms and Conditions;
      2. has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Campaign mechanics;
      3. has abused or attempted to abuse the Campaign;
      4. has participated fraudulently; or
      5. has provided inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information in relation to the Campaign.
8. Technical and Service Availability
   1. Participation in the Campaign and Reward provisioning are subject to successful operation of the relevant systems, applications, payment channels, telecommunications networks and third-party integrations.
   2. Tune Talk shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in Campaign participation or Reward provisioning arising from circumstances beyond Tune Talk’s reasonable control, including:
      1. system or application interruptions;
      2. internet or telecommunications network disruptions;
      3. device compatibility issues;
      4. payment processing failures;
      5. Touch ‘n Go eWallet integration issues;
      6. backend processing or provisioning delays; or
      7. third-party service interruptions.
   3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Tune Talk account, device, internet connection, payment method and Tune Talk App are capable of completing the applicable Campaign requirements.
9. Third-Party Services
   1. The Ad-Free Drama access may include content and/or services provided, operated or supported by third-party service providers.
   2. Any use of such third-party content or services may be subject to the applicable third-party provider’s own terms, conditions, policies and service availability.
   3. To the extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be responsible for any interruption, suspension, modification, unavailability or discontinuation of third-party content or services associated with the Reward where such matters are beyond Tune Talk’s reasonable control.
10. General Terms
    1. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, suspend, terminate or cancel the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
    2. Tune Talk may substitute the Reward with another reward or benefit of equivalent or comparable value where necessary due to availability, operational requirements or circumstances beyond Tune Talk’s reasonable control.
    3. Participation in the Campaign constitutes the Participant’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    4. Tune Talk’s records relating to Campaign eligibility, qualification, participation, Reward allocation and Reward provisioning shall, in the absence of manifest error, be deemed final and conclusive.
    5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any Campaign advertising, promotional or marketing materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
    6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
