International VAS Launch Campaign T&Cs

GENERAL
1. These Terms and Conditions (“Campaign Terms“) govern participation in the International VAS Launch Campaign (“Campaign“) organised by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk“).
2. These Campaign Terms are supplementary to, and must be read together with, the Tune Talk VAS Airtime and Data Subscription (International) Terms and Conditions (“International VAS Terms“), the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions (“VAS Terms“) and Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy.
3. By purchasing an Eligible Product during the Campaign Period, the User agrees to be bound by these Campaign Terms.
4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and the International VAS Terms or the VAS Terms in relation to the Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
5. Unless otherwise defined in these Campaign Terms, capitalised terms (including “User”, “Recipient”, “Recipient Number”, “Recipient Operator”, “Airtime Top-Up” and “Data Plan”) have the meanings given to them in the International VAS Terms. In these Campaign Terms:
  1. “Bonus Reward” means the additional airtime credit or data provided to the Recipient under the Campaign, as described in Clause 4;
  2. “Bonus Schedule” means the eligible product and bonus schedule for the Campaign, published in the Tune Talk App and/or on the Tune Talk website, which sets out the Eligible Products and the applicable Bonus Reward for each Eligible Country. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Schedule forms part of these Campaign Terms and may be updated by Tune Talk from time to time;
  3. “Campaign Period” means the period set out in Clause 2(a);
  4. “Eligible Country” means a country listed in Clause 3(b);
  5. “Eligible Product” means a selected Airtime Top-Up or Data Plan for an Eligible Country that is listed in the Bonus Schedule; and
  6. “Qualifying Transaction” means a purchase of an Eligible Product that meets the requirements of Clause 3 and is successfully processed and fulfilled.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
1. The Campaign is valid from 1 November 2026 until 30 November 2026, inclusive (the “Campaign Period“).
2. Only Qualifying Transactions made during the Campaign Period are eligible for the Campaign.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the Campaign in accordance with Clause 11.
ELIGIBILITY
1. The Campaign is open to active Tune Talk subscribers who purchase Eligible Products through the Tune Talk App during the Campaign Period.
2. The Campaign applies to selected International Airtime Top-Up and Data Plans for the following nine (9) countries:
  1. Bangladesh;
  2. Nepal;
  3. Myanmar;
  4. India;
  5. Pakistan;
  6. Philippines;
  7. Thailand;
  8. Vietnam; and
  9. Sri Lanka.
3. International Airtime Top-Up and Data Plan purchases for Indonesia are excluded from the Campaign.
4. Only Eligible Products that meet the applicable promotional criteria qualify for a Bonus Reward. Products not listed in the Bonus Schedule are excluded from the Campaign.
CAMPAIGN MECHANICS AND BONUS REWARDS
1. During the Campaign Period, Users who purchase Eligible Products will qualify for a Bonus Reward for the Recipient, subject to these Campaign Terms and the applicable promotional criteria.
2. The Bonus Reward may be in the form of additional airtime credit or data, depending on the Eligible Product and Eligible Country.
3. The applicable Bonus Reward varies according to the Eligible Country and Eligible Product purchased, as specified in the Bonus Schedule.
4. The Bonus Reward is provided to the Recipient in addition to the purchased Airtime Top-Up or Data Plan.
5. A Bonus Reward will only be provided where the transaction meets the applicable Campaign criteria and is successfully processed and fulfilled.
6. Tune Talk reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Qualifying Transactions before the Bonus Reward is provided and its determination regarding eligibility shall be final and binding, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
7. The Bonus Reward has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or converted into Tune Talk credit.
8. Tune Talk reserves the right to limit, cap, suspend, withdraw or discontinue the availability of any Bonus Reward at any time where Campaign allocation limits, system limitations, vendor limitations, suspected abuse, regulatory requirements or operational constraints arise.
TRANSACTION LIMIT
1. Each Recipient Number is eligible for a maximum of five (5) Qualifying Transactions throughout the Campaign Period, including where the purchases are made by different Users.
2. Any transaction exceeding the limit specified in Clause 5(a) will not qualify for an additional Bonus Reward under the Campaign.
3. Tune Talk may aggregate transactions linked to the same User, payment method, device, account, Recipient Number or other identifiers for purposes of fraud detection, abuse prevention and enforcement of Campaign limits.
PAYMENT METHODS AND CHARGES
1. All payments for Eligible Products are subject to the payment methods, charges and service tax provisions stated in the International VAS Terms.
2. The price of each Eligible Product will be displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) in the Tune Talk App before the User confirms the purchase.
3. A Bonus Reward will only be processed in accordance with the applicable Campaign criteria and the successful processing and fulfilment of the Qualifying Transaction.
BONUS DELIVERY AND ACTIVATION
1. Upon successful payment and fulfilment of an Eligible Product, the applicable Bonus Reward will be credited to the Recipient’s prepaid balance or activated on the Recipient Number, depending on the type of Bonus Reward.
2. Bonus Reward fulfilment time may vary depending on the Recipient Operator, network conditions and system availability.
3. The use, validity and applicable conditions of the Bonus Reward are governed by the relevant Recipient Operator’s terms and conditions.
4. Any notification to the Recipient regarding the Bonus Reward is at the discretion of the Recipient Operator.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
1. Refunds and cancellations for purchases made under the Campaign are subject to the refund and cancellation provisions stated in the International VAS Terms.
2. Where payment has been deducted but the Eligible Product is not fulfilled, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the International VAS Terms.
3. A successfully fulfilled transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded except as provided under the International VAS Terms and applicable law.
LIMITATIONS
1. Tune Talk shall not be responsible for:
  1. any incorrect Recipient Number provided by the User;
  2. refusal or rejection of the Eligible Product or Bonus Reward by the Recipient Operator;
  3. delays by the Recipient Operator in processing, crediting or activating the Eligible Product or Bonus Reward;
  4. the Recipient Operator’s network coverage, speed, availability or compatibility with the Recipient’s device;
  5. the Recipient’s use of the Eligible Product or Bonus Reward after fulfilment; and
  6. any action by a Recipient Operator to modify, reduce, expire, restrict, suspend, withdraw or otherwise alter any airtime, data entitlement, Bonus Reward or related benefit after successful fulfilment of the transaction by Tune Talk.
2. Where an Eligible Product has been successfully fulfilled to the Recipient Number provided by the User, including where the Recipient Number was entered incorrectly, no refund will be given and no Bonus Reward will be provided to any other Recipient Number, subject to the International VAS Terms and applicable law.
3. Any applicable refund for a rejected or unfulfilled transaction will be handled in accordance with Clause 8.
4. Tune Talk’s liability in connection with the Campaign is subject to the limitation of liability provisions in the International VAS Terms.
5. Tune Talk makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, performance, suitability, uninterrupted provision or continued offering of any airtime, data plan, Bonus Reward or related benefit provided by any Recipient Operator.
FRAUD, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
1. Tune Talk may reject, cancel or reverse any transaction, withhold a Bonus Reward, and/or suspend or terminate access to the Services where Tune Talk reasonably suspects:
  1. fraudulent or unauthorised use of the Services or any payment method;
  2. manipulation or abuse of the Campaign or its promotional mechanics;
  3. exploitation of any technical, system or pricing error; or
  4. any breach of these Campaign Terms, the International VAS Terms or the VAS Terms.
2. Tune Talk may suspend, withdraw, modify, or discontinue the Campaign, in whole or in part, for operational, technical, regulatory or security reasons. Where reasonably practicable, Tune Talk will provide notice through appropriate channels.
3. Tune Talk may withdraw, reverse, recover or adjust any Bonus Reward granted in error, whether due to a technical, operational, system, pricing or administrative error, without compensation.
4. Tune Talk reserves the right to restrict, suspend, decline or cancel any transaction, Bonus Reward or participation in the Campaign involving any country, Recipient Operator, Recipient, Recipient Number or User where required by applicable laws, regulatory requirements, sanctions, compliance obligations or risk management considerations.
AMENDMENTS
1. Tune Talk may amend these Campaign Terms from time to time. The amended Campaign Terms will be published on Tune Talk’s website or through other appropriate channels. Where an amendment materially affects Users, Tune Talk will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
2. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the Campaign where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, system, Bonus Reward, promotional or publication errors and may cancel, reject or adjust any affected transaction without any compensation to the affected Users.
4. Continued participation in the Campaign after the amended Campaign Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Campaign Terms, subject to applicable law.
GENERAL TERMS
1. In the event of any inconsistency between any promotional material and these Campaign Terms, these Campaign Terms shall prevail.
2. Where these Campaign Terms are translated into a language other than English, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
3. Any claim relating to the Campaign, including eligibility, fulfilment of any Bonus Reward or transaction processing, must be raised within thirty (30) days from the date of the relevant transaction, failing which the claim shall be deemed waived to the extent permitted by law.
4. Tune Talk’s records relating to the Campaign, transaction processing and Bonus Reward fulfilment shall be prima facie evidence of the relevant transaction and fulfilment status unless proven otherwise.
5. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension or inability to fulfil any Campaign benefit arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of government, regulatory action, network outages, cyber incidents, payment system failures, telecommunications failures or force majeure events.
GOVERNING LAW
1. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, subject to applicable law.
