Tune Talk Roam as Home (E-Roaming) is a mobile data roaming service that allows eligible Tune Talk subscribers to use mobile data when travelling abroad, by connecting to Tune Talk’s international Roaming Partner Networks. It is designed to work like your home mobile data β simple to activate, with a straightforward daily data allowance.
E-Roaming is available on the following Tune Talk plans:
- Epik+ Family
- Epik+ Family Safe
- Epik+ 50
It depends on your plan:
- Epik+ Family, Epik+ Family Safe, and Epik+ 50 subscribers: Roam as Home (E-Roaming) is automatically included in your plan β no separate activation is needed for the 13 Countries.
Roam as Home (E-Roaming) availability and speeds depend on the Roaming Partner Network in your destination country. Tune Talk does not guarantee a specific network generation (4G or 5G) while roaming. Actual performance is subject to the infrastructure and conditions of the local Roaming Partner Network.
Roam as Home (E-Roaming) is designed to provide a Roam as Home experience. However, as the service relies on international Roaming Partner Networks, actual performance β including speeds, coverage, and data availability β may differ from your domestic experience. Certain apps or websites may also be unavailable due to local regulatory restrictions in the destination country.
Yes. Roam as Home (E-Roaming) (covering 13 countries) is included as part of your plan at no additional monthly charge. You do not need to subscribe separately.

The list of E-Roaming Countries is subject to change. Tune Talk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes.
If you change to a plan that is not an Eligible Plan, or downgrade in a way that removes Roam as Home (E-Roaming) eligibility, your E-Roaming service will automatically cease. Please check eligibility before switching plans.
Tune Talk may suspend Roam as Home (E-Roaming) without prior notice in certain circumstances, including insufficient funds for deduction, suspected abuse, or operational necessity. We recommend you have multiple payment sources set up on our payment page for your monthly deduction.
Yes. You are responsible for ensuring your mobile device is set up correctly for international roaming before you travel. This includes:
- Enabling ‘Data Roaming’ in your device settings.
- Ensuring your device supports the frequency bands used by Roaming Partner Networks in your destination country.
- Disabling automatic app updates and background data sync to manage your data usage while roaming.
Try the following steps:
- Confirm your Roam as Home (E-Roaming) subscription is active via the Tune Talk App.
- Check that Data Roaming is enabled in your phone settings.
- Turn your phone off and back on after landing to allow it to connect to a local network.
- If you are in an Additional Country, ensure you have activated roaming for that specific country.
- Ensure you have set up your payment method for your monthly auto deduction to remain active.
- If the issue persists, contact Tune Talk Customer Care.
Roaming data speeds are determined by the Roaming Partner Network in your destination country and may vary significantly from your domestic speeds. Tune Talk does not guarantee a minimum speed while roaming. Tune Talk constantly works with our Roaming Partners to improve the quality of service.
Some apps and services may consume data in the background even when you are not actively using your phone. We recommend disabling background app refresh and automatic updates before travelling. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact Tune Talk Customer Care with your usage details for investigation.
