FREE PA Insurance T&Cs

Introduction.
1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the eligibility, coverage, limitations, exclusions, and general provisions applicable to the FREE Personal Accident (PA) Insurance (“the Insurance”) provided to eligible Tune Talk subscribers (“the Insured”).
2. By maintaining an active Tune Talk line and fulfilling the eligibility requirements stipulated herein, the Insured acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and any amendments thereto as may be made from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria.

Eligibility for the Insurance shall be determined based on the Tune Talk subscribers activity in the previous month, subject to the following conditions:

PA Insurance Coverage.

Eligible plan coverage amount (RM) coverage includes

Coverage Period.
1. Coverage shall commence on the first (1st) day of the month immediately following the month in which the Insured meets all eligibility requirements.
2. Coverage shall remain valid for as long as the Tune Talk subscribers maintains an active Tune Talk line and continues to satisfy the monthly eligibility requirements as determined by Tune Talk.
3. For Tune Talk subscribers who have performed cumulative reloads amounting to a minimum of RM50 within the month of October 2025, they shall be entitled to insurance coverage of RM150,000 for the month of November 2025. Thereafter, eligibility for subsequent months shall be subject to the requirements set out under the Personal Accident (PA) Insurance eligibility criteria stated above.
Eligibility Verification and Claim Validity.
1. Eligibility for the Insurance shall be verified based on the MyKad number registered with Tune Talk.
2. Each eligible individual shall be entitled to one (1) PA Insurance policy only, regardless of the number of Tune Talk lines registered under the same MyKad number.
3. Multiple active lines under the same MyKad number shall not result in multiple Insurance coverages.
4. Insurance coverage is strictly tied to the MyKad number registered under the Tune Talk account.
5. Only the registered Tune Talk account holder (the person whose MyKad is used for registration) is recognized as the Insured.
6. Tune Talk subscribers may verify their coverage status via the Tune Talk official website.
Coverage Exclusions. The FREE PA Insurance shall not cover the following situations, including but not limited to:
1. Motorcycle-Related Accidents. Any incident in which the Tune Talk Subscribers is riding or pillion-riding a motorcycle, irrespective of purpose.
2. Other Non-Covered Situations. The Insurance shall not extend to incidents not resulting in death or total and permanent disablement, including:
  1. Medical expenses.
  2. Temporary disablement.
  3. Hospitalization.
High-Risk Activities Exclusion.
1. The FREE PA Insurance shall not extend to or cover any loss, injury, or death arising directly or indirectly from the participation of the Insured in any high-risk or hazardous activity, including but not limited to:
  1. Scuba diving;
  2. Martial arts;
  3. Motorized or non-motorized racing (other than foot racing);
  4. Ice hockey; or
  5. Hunting.

Occupational Exclusions.
1. The following occupations are classified as high-risk and are not eligible for coverage under the FREE PA Insurance:
  - Military and law enforcement personnel:
  - Pilots and aircrew:
  - Professional athletes or sports players;

Concurrent Insurance Benefits.
1. If the Tune Talk Subscribers holds any other insurance policy of benefit of a similar nature, the benefits payable under this FREE PA Insurance shall be in addition to, and shall not reduce, limit, or otherwise affect, any compensation or benefit payable under such other policy or benefit.
2. This insurance shall operate concurrently and independently, without any coordination, offset, or deduction of benefits between this and any other insurance coverage, whether issued by the same or another insurer.
General Terms.
1. The FREE PA Insurance is provided exclusively to eligible Tune Talk subscribers and is underwritten by Tune Talk’s appointed insurance partner (“the Insurer”).
2. Eligibility shall be determined and verified based on Tune Talk’s internal records of plan purchases, account activity, and system data.
3. The Insured must always maintain an active Tune Talk line to remain eligible for the Insurance coverage.
4. The Insurance coverage is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of benefit.
5. Tune Talk and/or the Insurer reserve the absolute right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Insurance or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
6. In the event of any dispute relating to eligibility, coverage, or claim entitlement, the decision of Tune Talk and / or the Insurer shall be final and binding.
7. The Insurance shall at all times be governed by the terms, conditions, and exclusions contained in the master policy issued by the Insurer.
