Who is eligible to access Games and Drama Only On the Tune Talk App?
    • All Tune Talk subscribers with an active status (AC or G1) are eligible to access during Promotional Period.
    • After the Promotional Period, only subscribers on eligible plans (Epik 35+ or Epik 50+) will be able to access the services.
When is the Promotional Period?
    • The Promotional Period begins on 21st May 2025 until 20th June 2025 (1 month).
    • During this time, all Tune Talk subscribers will have complimentary access to Games and Drama Only On the Tune Talk App.
What happens after the Promotional Period ends?
  • Drama: Full access will be exclusive to Epik 50+ plan users. Epik 35+ users will have limited access only.
  • Games: Access will remain available to Epik25+, Epik 35+ and Epik 50+ plan users.
  • Other users will lose access to any unlocked content unless they upgrade to Epik 35+ or Epik 50+.
If I don’t upgrade, will I still have access to episodes I unlocked during the Promotional Period?
    • No. If you’re not on Epik 35+ or Epik 50+, you will lose access to previously unlocked content after the Promotional Period.
    • No refunds or Tune Talk Points compensation will be provided.
How can I access the Games and Drama?
    • Access is only available via the Tune Talk App. No other channels are supported.
How do I use Tune Talk Points to watch Drama?

You can use Tune Talk Points to unlock episodes or series:

Only genuine, uninterrupted gameplay is counted. Any suspicious or automated activity may result in Points being withheld or account suspension.

How do I purchase?
  • You may purchase Points via the Tune Talk App using the following options:

  • Payments can be made via FPX, Credit Card, Debit Card, or e-Wallet. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Can I get a refund for unused or expired points?

No. All Tune Talk Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What are my responsibilities as a user?
    • Keep your account credentials secure.
    • Do not use bots or scripts to manipulate the system.
    • Misuse or fraudulent behavior may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
What happens if the service is discontinued?
  • Tune Talk may modify or terminate the services at any time without notice.
  • Unused points may be forfeited and will not be refunded.
What laws apply to this service?

The service is governed by the laws of Malaysia. All disputes will be handled by Malaysian courts.
