- All Tune Talk subscribers with an active status (AC or G1) who have not linked their Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet via the Tune Talk App are eligible to participate during Campaign Period.
When is the Campaign Period?
- The Campaign Period begins on 30 April 2026 until 31 May 2026 (1 month).
How do I participate in the Campaign?
- Link your TNG eWallet via the Tune Talk App
- The Tap Tap Tap game will be triggered automatically
- Play the game to stand a chance to win one (1) month Sooka pass
How does the game work?
- Participants must tap the red targets and score at least 50 points within 30 seconds to win the sooka pass in the form of a voucher code
- Each participant is entitled to one (1) attempt only throughout the Campaign Period.
What happens if I do not reach 50 points within 30 seconds?
- You will not be eligible to receive the reward if the required score is not achieved within the given time.
How will I receive my reward?
- If you win, the voucher code will be displayed once, immediately at the end of the game.
What happens if there are technical issues during gameplay?
- Tune Talk is not liable for any technical issues, including App errors, network issues, or device-related problems that may affect gameplay or results.
What are my responsibilities as a user?
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Do not use bots or scripts to manipulate the system.
- Misuse or fraudulent behavior may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
What happens if the service is discontinued?
- Tune Talk may modify or terminate the services at any time without notice.
- Unused points may be forfeited and will not be refunded.
