Tune Talk Nova T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the service known as Nova made available by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through the Tune Talk Selfcare Application (“Tune Talk App”). By accessing, subscribing to, or using Nova, you (“User”, “Subscriber” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Nova.
- Introduction
- Nova is a digital lifestyle feature available on the Tune Talk App that offers horoscope-related content, including Western Horoscope and Chinese Zodiac readings.
- Nova may include free access content, subscription-based content, promotional access, rewards, and sharing features, as determined by Tune Talk from time to time.
- All content made available under Nova is for general lifestyle, informational, and entertainment purposes only.
- Eligibility
- Nova is available to Tune Talk users and selected non-Tune Talk users, subject to eligibility, account status, payment requirements, and system availability.
- Access to Nova features may vary depending on your user category, active plan, subscription status, and promotional eligibility.
- Certain Nova features may only be available to selected eligible plans as determined by Tune Talk from time to time.
- Access and Pricing
- Nova may be made available under the following access tiers:

- Tune Talk reserves the right to revise Nova pricing, access tiers, or eligibility at any time.
- Nova may be made available under the following access tiers:
- Payment Methods
- Monthly subscription requires a recurring payment method.
- Accepted recurring payment methods are:
- Debit Card;
- Credit Card and
- Touch ‘n Go Auto Debit.
- Tune Talk may revise accepted payment methods from time to time.
- Promotions
- Tune Talk may introduce promotional offers for Nova from time to time.
- During the applicable launch promotional period, all eligible users may receive access to the Free – Condensed version for one (1) month from the Nova launch date.
- During the applicable promotional period, eligible users excluding Free App Users who subscribe to the Nova monthly subscription within one (1) month from the launch date may receive one (1) month free trial.
- Users who qualify for the free trial will not be charged during the first promotional month and will only be charged upon the next renewal cycle, based on the applicable pricing at that time.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to reject or revoke any promotional entitlement if the user is found to be ineligible or if abuse, duplication, or fraud is detected.
- Reward
- Users on Epik+35 and Epik+50 plans with an active monthly Nova subscription may be eligible to receive a one-time reward of 100 Tune Talk Points.
- To qualify, the user must access the Nova module for three (3) consecutive days while on an active monthly Nova subscription.
- The reward is limited to one (1) time only per eligible user.
- Reward crediting is subject to successful validation in Tune Talk’s system, and Tune Talk’s records shall be final.
- Content Access
- Users with access to Nova may switch between Horoscope and Chinese Zodiac categories.
- Access entitlement is as follows:

- Subscription and Auto-Renewal
- Nova monthly subscriptions auto-renew by default using the saved recurring payment method, unless cancelled before the next renewal.
- If your eligible Tune Talk plan changes, the subscription will continue unless cancelled, and the renewal price may be adjusted based on the plan active at the time of renewal.
- In the event of failed renewal, your Nova monthly subscription will expire at the end of the applicable validity period or renewal attempt cycle, as determined by Tune Talk.
- If your account is no longer eligible to maintain the subscription, access to Nova may be suspended or terminated.
- Cancellation
- Nova monthly subscription cancellation is currently not available directly through the Tune Talk App.
- To cancel your Nova monthly subscription renewal, you must contact Tune Talk Customer Support before the next renewal date.
- Once cancellation is successfully processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current validity period and will not be renewed thereafter.
- Notification
- Nova subscription renewal success or failure notices may be sent via push notification, subject to device settings, app permissions, and system availability.
- Social Media Sharing
- Nova may include a feature allowing users to share selected horoscope content to supported third-party platforms, including:
- Facebook;
- Instagram;
- TikTok; and
- Shared content will consist of a limited summary snippet and not the full premium reading.
- Tune Talk does not guarantee the continued availability or compatibility of sharing features with third-party platforms.
- Nova may include a feature allowing users to share selected horoscope content to supported third-party platforms, including:
- User Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse Nova, including by attempting to manipulate subscriptions, rewards, promotions, or access entitlements.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Nova where misuse, abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
- Disclaimer
- Nova content, including horoscope readings, zodiac summaries, and yearly forecasts, is provided for general lifestyle, informational, and entertainment purposes only.
- Nova content should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
- Use of or inability to use Nova;
- Failed payments or failed renewals;
- interruption or unavailability of the service;
- delays or non-receipt of notifications; or
- reliance on Nova content.
- Nova is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
- Personal Data
- Your use of Nova may involve the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with Tune Talk’s Privacy Notice and applicable laws.
- Amendments
- Tune Talk reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time.
- Any changes may be communicated through the Tune Talk App, Tune Talk website, or other official channels.
- Your continued use of Nova after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
