Epik+ Family is a Tune Talk mobile plan with one Master Line and up to four Supplementary Lines. It includes shared data, unlimited calls, E-Roaming benefits, insurance benefits, and other plan benefits.
It is for adult users and is subject to Tune Talk’s eligibility, verification, and system requirements.
You can have up to five lines in total: one Master Line and up to four Supplementary Lines.
Epik+ Family is RM128 for each 30-day subscription cycle.
You get 1200GB shared data. The data is shared between the Master Line and all linked Supplementary Lines.
Yes. The plan includes unlimited calls, subject to fair usage and Tune Talk’s service limitations.
Yes. All linked Supplementary Lines will use the same shared data pool under the Epik+ Family account.
No. Users may only view the overall shared data usage. They cannot view detailed usage of other linked lines.
No. A Supplementary Line cannot buy or keep a separate plan while linked under Epik+ Family, unless Tune Talk allows it.
The Master Line subscriber is responsible for all linked Supplementary Lines, including usage, renewals, charges, and account management.
Yes. Basic E-Roaming is included under Roam as Home in selected complimentary countries. This feature is coming soon and subject to availability.
Basic E-Roaming is part of the Epik+ Family plan for selected complimentary countries, subject to the applicable roaming terms and fair usage limit.
The selected countries may include Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, India, Vietnam, Philippines, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, New Zealand, Australia, and Brunei. The country list may change from time to time.
You may need to buy an Additional Country roaming pass for that country.
No. The pass only applies to the line that buys it. It is not shared with the Master Line or other Supplementary Lines.
Yes. Epik+ Family may include Personal Accident insurance of up to RM500,000 in total, with RM100,000 reference coverage per person, subject to the insurer’s terms and approval.
Yes. A Supplementary Line may be detached, subject to Tune Talk’s process, verification, and applicable requirements.
Yes. A RM10 detachment fee may apply. The detached line may also need to complete KYC and subscribe to an eligible Epik+ plan.
No. Unused data will not be carried forward. No prorated refund will be given if the service is cancelled, suspended, detached, migrated, or changed before the validity ends, unless Tune Talk decides otherwise.
