Epik+ Family Safe is a family mobile plan with one Parent Line and up to four Child Lines. It includes shared data, calls, E-Roaming, insurance benefits, and parental control features.
It is open to new and existing Tune Talk subscribers who subscribe through the Tune Talk App, subject to Tune Talk’s eligibility, verification, and system requirements.
You can have up to five lines in total: one Parent Line and up to four Child Lines.
The monthly charges depend on the number of lines: RM80 for 2 lines, RM100 for 3 lines, RM120 for 4 lines, and RM140 for 5 lines.
You get 700GB shared family data. The data is shared between the Parent Line and all linked Child Lines.
Yes. The plan includes unlimited calls, subject to fair usage and Tune Talk’s service limitations.
No. Child Lines cannot log in to the Tune Talk App while they are linked under Epik+ Family Safe. The Parent Line manages the account through the app.
No. A Child Line cannot buy or keep a separate plan while linked under Epik+ Family Safe. The line must be detached first if it wants to subscribe independently.
Yes. The Parent Line can add Child Lines, subject to verification, eligibility, payment, and system availability. The first Child Line is included, and each additional Child Line is RM20 per line.
Yes. Removal or detachment must be done through the Parent Line account and is subject to Tune Talk’s process and verification requirements.
Yes. A RM10 detachment fee may apply. The detached line may also need to log in app using their number and complete the registration as well as subscribe to an eligible Tune Talk Epik+ plan.
No. The line must first be detached from Epik+ Family Safe and moved to an eligible Tune Talk Epik+ plan before a port-out request can be processed.
The Parent Line can manage each Child Line by blocking internet access, restoring internet access, choosing a protection level, editing the Child Line name, and managing eligible roaming add-ons.
The available protection levels are High, Medium, and Low. High is stricter, Medium filters more mature or risky content, and Low provides basic protection with broader browsing access.
Yes, subject to system availability. A cooling-off period may apply. Currently, changes may need a 10-minute waiting period before another change can be made.
No. The feature helps manage internet access, but Tune Talk does not guarantee that it can block all websites, apps, platforms, or online risks.
Yes. Basic E-Roaming is included under Roam as Home in selected complimentary countries. This feature is coming soon and subject to availability
Eligible roaming usage will be deducted from existing shared family data quota.
The Parent Line may need to buy an Additional Country roaming access add-on. The add-on is only for access in the selected country, while data usage still comes from the shared family quota.
No. Unused data will not be carried forward. Payments are generally non-refundable, and no prorated refund will be given if the service is cancelled, suspended, detached, migrated, or changed before the validity ends, unless Tune Talk decides otherwise or required by law.
