Who is eligible to purchase the Tune Talk eSIM?

All new and existing subscribers are eligible to purchase Tune Talk eSIM. It is advisable to check if your device supports eSIM before purchasing.

What is the difference between Tune Talk normal SIM and Tune Talk eSIM?

Tune Talk normal SIM is a physical SIM card where it must be inserted into a dedicated slot in the device. Tune Talk eSIM is a digital SIM card where subscribers would only require to install the eSIM serial number into a dedicated setting of the device. Both SIM and eSIM work the same way.

I am an existing Tune Talk Subscriber; can I change my physical SIM to eSIM?

Yes, you can. You may proceed with the eSIM replacement via Tune Talk App if you wish to retain your current number. For further information, you may contact our Customer Care team for assistance at 13100 or 03 2771 7000.

I have lost my device attached to the Tune Talk eSIM. Is it possible to replace my missing eSIM to a new device?

Yes, it is possible. You may need to purchase a new eSIM under a SIM replacement procedure via the Tune Talk App.

What happens if I accidentally remove my eSIM profile from my device?

If you accidentally remove your eSIM profile from your device, you will lose the connection to the eSIM plan attached to it.

I purchased a Tune Talk eSIM, but my device is not eSIM-compatible. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no refund is available for the purchase. It is highly advisable to check if your device supports eSIM before you decide to make the purchase.

Can I change my mobile number after I installed the Tune Talk eSIM to my device?

No. You may change your number during or after registration, BEFORE installing the eSIM on your device. Once installed, you will not be able to change the number.

How long can I keep the eSIM after I purchased without registering it?

You will need to activate and install the eSIM within 48 hours after you have received the email with the eSIM profile.

How do I track my eSIM Internet usage?

You may track and manage your Internet usage via the Tune Talk App.

How many eSIM can I register under my name?

You may register up to 5 Tune Talk numbers under your ID and that is inclusive of SIM and eSIM.

Can I install more than one eSIM on my device?

Yes, it is possible to install and use more than one eSIM on a compatible device. Many modern smartphones support multiple eSIM profiles, allowing you to use different eSIMs for various purposes, such as work and personal lines or when traveling internationally.
