This Tune Talk Epik Prepaid pack, (“TT Epik Pack”) terms and conditions (“TT Epik T&Cs”) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.  This TT Epik T&Cs ( Terms and Conditions ) shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription (‘Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time, and shall be read together with Tune Talk Epik Prepaid Internet Plans Terms and Conditions (“TT Epik Prepaid Internet Plans T&Cs”)

EFFECTIVE DATE

1. TT Epik Pack shall be made available to all new and existing subscriber(s) (“Subscriber”) of Tune Talk Services from 27th October 2023 (“Effective Date”) onwards. Eligible new Tune Talk subscribers (as of 00:01hrs 27th October 2023 onwards) and existing Tune Talk subscribers’ mobile numbers (collectively as “Tune Talk Subscribers”) that participate in this TT Epik Pack shall be bound by this TT Epik T&Cs together with the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions , TT Epik Prepaid Internet Plans T&Cs and/or any other terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s Service.
2. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, cancel and/or modify any TT Epik T&Cs at any time without any prior notice. Any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Changes shall be posted on Tune Talk’s www.tunetalk.com (‘Website”).

ELIGIBILITY

1. Eligibility criteria (“Eligibility”):
   
   1. All new line activations and successful port-ins only from Effective Date
      (Refer to Clause 2 abovementioned) via Tune Talk App self-registration.
   2. Existing subscribers who switch to TT Epik from Effective Date.

LIMITATION

1. 5G eligibility and coverage for 5G connectivity
   
   1. To enjoy a seamless 5G experience, subscribers shall ensure that they are:
      
      1. Using a 5G compatible device, wherein the list of 5G compatible models can be found here (refer to ‘5G Supported Devices’ section)
      2. In a 5G coverage area (refer here for 5G coverage map)
2. Upon successful switching to the TT Epik Pack, all Subscriber’s existing services shall be forfeited along with any existing ‘Freebies’, internet plans, passes, booster plans and others. It is advisable for subscribers to utilise all available quotas (including but not limited to paid or free internet, voice, SMS) before switching to the TT Epik Pack.

LOCATION

1. TT Epik shall be only effective in Malaysia. In the event the Subscriber wishes to use Tune Talk’s services outside Malaysia, they are required to purchase Internet Roaming.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. 1. The pay-per-use service rates for TT Epik Pack shall be as below:

   2. Service Definition
      
      1. “On-net calls” refer to outgoing domestic calls (including VoLTE and VoWIFI) within numbers on the Tune Talk network.
      2. “Off-net calls” refers to outgoing domestic calls (including VoLTE and VoWIFI) to other networks.
      3. Domestic calls to premium/special numbers (including but not exclusive to 1-300, 1-800, and others) shall incur charges as per applicable rates.
      4. All-net calls refer to outgoing domestic calls to Tune Talk and other networks.
      5. Premium and/or Content SMS shall refer to rates by respective providers.
      6. International and/or Roaming services shall refer to respective rates by country.
   3. Switching to the TT Epik Pack (Existing Subscribers)
      
      1. For a limited period from 27th October 2023 until further notice, existing Tune Talk subscribers can switch to the new TT Epik Pack with zero points or credit. (hereinafter defined as “Free Period”)
      2. After the Free Period above mentioned has lapse, switching of tariff shall be made available to the eligible Tune Talk subscribers via Tune Talk App or SMS for 300 Tune Talk points or RM5.00 credit (in the event of insufficient Tune Talk Points available or upon subscriber’s request).
      3. Subscriber’s credit validity shall be maintained after switching to the TT Epik Pack.
      4. Subscribers can also switch via SMS by first viewing and agreeing to the terms and conditions (There shall be no charges for SMS sent from Tune Talk numbers to 2222)
      5. Switching to TT Epik Pack is not compulsory. Subscribers may remain with their current respective packs (tariff plans) until such plans are discontinued or decided otherwise by Tune Talk.
      6. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Subscriber has switched to TT Epik Pack, they shall not be allowed to revert to any legacy packs. Requests to refund for any forfeited quota shall not be accommodated.
      7. Eligibility to switch to the TT Epik Pack shall be subjected to Tune Talk’s sole discretion.
   4. FREE 1GB Tune Talk App Offer (“App 1GB Freebie”) TT Epik Pack provides 1GB free for new TT Epik subscribers whom uses the Tune Talk App.
      
      1. All new subscribers of the TT Epik Pack or ‘Tune Talk Partner’ equivalent packs on our Network in Active status on or after 27th October 2023 are eligible to the App 1GB Freebie within 60 days of activation or within 60 days from the request to port-in. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall not be eligible for the existing Tune Talk’s Subscribers.
      2. The Tune Talk App refers exclusively to the official Tune Talk App on Google Play, Apple AppStore and Huawei AppGallery. Any Tune Talk Partners’ Apps shall not contain the 1GB App Freebie.
      3. Subscriber must be in Active (AC) status (ACTIVE status means that a subscriber’s Tune Talk credit validity has not expired) to participate this Offer.
      4. Subscribers can opt-in for the App 1GB Freebie via the Tune Talk App ⇨ Plans ⇨ Freebies & Others
      5. Upon successful opt-in, subscriber shall receive 1GB Hi-Speed Internet, valid for 7 days including date of opt-in.
   5. Free Basic Internet
      TT Epik Pack provides Free Basic Internet (“FBI”) to all active Tune Talk subscribers on the TT Epik Tariff allowing subscribers who have either exhausted their existing Internet packages (bonus, mobile internet, paid or free) or have no internet packages, to enjoy always-on basic Internet connectivity at no cost.
      
      1. 10GB of FBI with speeds up to 256kbps shall be provided upon activation and shall be refreshed every 30 days in perpetuity from and including the day of activation or switch.
      2. FBI quota shall not be carried forward.
      3. To utilise FBI, subscribers shall always be in ACTIVE status.
      4. The FBI quota made available herein is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity, or any other subscriber’s prepaid account.
      5. FBI Internet can only be used domestically i.e., within Malaysia.
      6. Tune Talk reserves the right to cease, alter or suspend the provision of the FBI usage at any time without prior notice based on its sole and absolute discretion. In view thereof and for the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination, or suspension by Tune Talk does not entitle the subscribers to any claims and/or compensation against Tune Talk (whether in cash or in kind) for all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the subscribers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination, or suspension thereof.
   6. All Internet, voice or SMS plans within TT Epik and equivalent tariffs shall be subjected to Tune Talk’s Fair Usage Policy or promotions solely determined by Tune Talk from time to time.
   7. Any queries pertaining to the above TT Epik Pack shall be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
   8. By using TT Epik Pack, all subscribers are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, as and when so amended from time to time and any decision made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Where the Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and the words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
   9. The law governing these Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia.
   10. Tune Talk hereby reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
   11. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements and governed by Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy as stated here. Kindly refer to the link for details information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
